Overnighted here and it was very pleasant. Nice location off 140, but you will get road noise. The room was clean and well laid out with a comfy mattress. Thanks to Alison for her help. Would stay again anytime.

I have been here since Jan 2016, getting treatment at the VA, I have been paying a monthly rate, which is less than daily rate, like most states have a hotel tax, Tennessee, included. You receive a tax break after sixty days, My recommendation is to call Cedar Bluff location ask for Debra or Devon, get the 1-800 # to call for extended stay, ask for their 60 day plan, since you are staying 3 months, as I found it was the best rate available for what you receive. I recommend the 3rd floor, so you don't have guests with heavy feet disturbing you, they have an elevator, I did stay in a couple of rooms on first level, when I first arrived, do not get a room next to the laundry or office, as the constant slamming of door will be at all hours, not to mention all the extra foot traffic. A couple of suggestions, since you are here for 90 days, I bought a Faberware convection oven, so I could bake pizza, bread, pastry, toast, I also had Lowe's cut me a small piece of half inch wood to go under it, so I didn't accidently damage table. I also brought a 48 inch TV (with base in center, so it would fit on chest) as the 32" was too small for me. I also use their WiFi, make sure you pay for the upgrade, it is about $20 a month, it is worth it. Check into Netflix for your computer, as the channels are somewhat limited. I also brought pillows, high thread count sheets, we tend to get spoiled on 600 ct and higher ct. and comforter. The recliner in queen room, is a little stiff, I don't use it. If you don't have a automatic temp ac unit, ask for one, as your stay will be more enjoyable. I plan on donating most of my extra items to the staff when I leave. You have a Kroger just a couple blocks down, it also has a fuel center. Skip the Outback if you eat out, choose Longhorns Steakhouse. I hope this helps. The staff here can help you with any other concerns, also this is a non-smoking room facility, smokers are required to be a min of 20+ feet away from building, as the smoke can get brought in trough ac unit. I didn't post in here what I was paying only because I was grandfathered in before the renovations were done. But the increase would still be less than anything else in town. If you decide not to bring kitchen items, ask the front desk for a dish and kitchen package, I believe they are free for guests. I also had my mail forwarded to here, they let you know each day if you have received mail. Sorry for being so longwinded, I hope this helps your stay be more enjoyable.....Bill

Sorry I missed your question, doubt this will help now, 90 days later, they are pet friendly, do expect pet deposit and they do offer pet signs for your door, so staff doesn't disturb your pets.

"Rooms facing the front of the hotel are quieter than those facing the back towards the highway."
"upper floor and the front side away from the interstate"
"If you are a light sleeper choose a room facing Parkside Dr. My room is facing the interstate but my fan drowns out traffic noise just fine."
"Rooms away from the highway (on the front) do not have highway noise."
"Stay elsewhere."
