Traveling with my grandaughter, we stumbled across this place along the interstate. We were exhausted after day of travel and night at Dollywood.. what a gem of a hotel. It was clean, safe, updated, beautiful ambiance. We will definitely return when in the area
Room and location was great, right at the front. I am so glad that I have a fridge and microwave. All I do is pray, study, work and sleep. It is a peaceful place, not in the city tucked away on top of a hill. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is great and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Oh and the room was bug free, stain free, and smell free. Which was most important as well as location. Thanks so much Mrs. B
1 STAR IS STILL TO MUCH!!! The back door was propped open because the key card reader was broke. Wreaked of smoke smell. Booked for a family of four and only three pillows in the room when i asked the front desk if i could get more pillows i got an attitude and said i was only allowed to have one. There was cigarette burn holes in all the blankets! There is gaps all the way around the door we can hear and see people as they walked by. our first night there we seen a coyote near the dumpster and i personally seen the owner twice throwing out leftover food. If you like sleeping on rocks you will love the bed the chair is where i slept! the breakfast consist of waffles oatmeal or cereal that you have to scoop out because the dispenser is broke. online it says the distance to pigeon forge from our hotel was 17 miles but it's actually 29 miles which is 40 minutes without traffic. I even seen a guy walking down the hallway with a clear bottle spraying the walls and floors! All of the lamps were broke in our room! The windows don't open for ventilation! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!!! The lady doing breakfast was very nice & helpful though!…
This is not a new and fancy hotel but it is exactly needed for an overnight stay. We have stayed here the last several times that we have traveled through Dandridge. The room was clean and the desk clerk was extremely helpful. She even wrote down directions to Walmart so we would not get lost.
Room wasn't bad for the price, but had a funny smell and was very outdated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. If I was spending multiple days in the area, I wouldn't recommend, but it was just fine to rest for the night. Would stay again
