we were advised to come here because of the good rate and the fact that this motel has a rollaway bed to use for an extra person, unlike the cookie-cutter motels that do not have them anymore; we tried at several chain motels with no luck. Also there was a wonderful and helpful lady named Jenny (spelling ?) who accommodated...

Clean rooms, non smoking rooms were good in the new wing in the 300's, friendly staff and good restaurant next door... good value also, I checked in late and my room was too smoky so I went to the front desk and ask them if they could change me to a better room. They also put me in a suite,...

We were on a road trip, and stopped here for the night. Far enough off of I-40 to not hear much road noise. That this is an older property is evident, but our room, and the public places we saw were clean. Our bathroom had a slow drain in the shower, but our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was breakfast...

The room was a large size but it had a mildew smell. It's. An older hotel. Stairs only and motel feel. Sheets are old with tears in places and comforters had cigarette burn marks in them. OK for a place to put your head for a must need a place but if not move on

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize for any inconveniences. That is odd for your room to have a mildew smell. That occasionally happens during the summer in some of our ground floor rooms because of the humidity but never during other seasons. I'm also greatly sorry for the condition of your sheets. Our housekeeping...

Had a delightful stay here. It is very clean, friendly, and well maintained. The family which operates the Alpine Inn are the ORIGINAL owners of this former Howard Johnson's. This property keeps desirable original features, yet has been updated with the times. Each room retains its original "pamper panels", bedside switches that control lights around the room with the push...

Country living at this motel! Two day stay. Friendly staff. Quiet, clean, nice room, good wi fi on first floor. Great check in. This is an updated older motel that has had several sections added to it over the years. Beautiful courtyard with swimming pool. Rooms have rear outside patios/decks in the older sections. All buildings have two floors. There...
