The good: no fuss stay, nice location in the middle of everything, plenty of parking, nice bathroom, everything was clean. The bad: breakfast was so so and there was a lot of hallway and outside noise but that's not at the fault of the hotel as far as noise goes. A nice stay!

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn a few times while I have been in the area.The front desk greeter was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are very nice and modern, there are plenty of outlets and nice toiletries. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within close proximity. I will definitely stay here again, thank you. Hilton Diamond Member.

We had to make an unexpected trip to Cookeville, TN for a family emergency and stayed at the Hampton Inn. It was an excellent place to stay. We had a great breakfast before leaving for the hospital each morning which was one less thing we had to worry about. The room, staff, and everything in general was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

This was our first stay at this particular hotel. We have been to Cookeville many times as we have relatives who live there. The hotel is the best place to stay in Cookeville.
We had a problem on check-in but was eventually handled by Byron Ross the Manager to our satisfaction who was a wonderful and compassionate young man. We were not the only ones who had this problem. There were many people waiting for their rooms after 3 p.m. After the initial not so favourable welcome everything was more than great. The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly return. I would have given this hotel an Excellent rating if it were not for our initial encounter. Thanks Byron for making it right.

Cookeville was not our destination but our midway point. The hotel was clean, quiet, easy to get to, and the staff were all friendly and responsive. Really all you could ask for in an overnight trip with plenty of places to eat nearby.

We regularly stay at Hampton Inns and in fact, on this stay we used points and stayed for free. This is the first hotel where we encountered the use of the room key to "power" the room. You had to put the key card in a special slot just inside the door to enable lights and even the TV. The window shades were on a track and raised and lowered by a chain system which blocked out the light so well, I'd like to have them for my own bedroom! I also really liked the design and decor of the bathroom. The frameless glass shower doors had bars inside and out suitable for hanging towels and washcloths which are lacking in many locations. The breakfast was the usual Hampton variety and the hostess was friendly and attentive to guests. We were only passing through for one night this time, but I would definitely consider staying here again.

What a GREAT!!! Staff.....In my business travels I will go out of my way to stay at the Hampton Inn in Cookeville. My stays here are always a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! This is an immaculately kept property, from the rooms to the parking lot. Thanks for your hospitality and everything else that you do for your guests!!

I love staying at the Hampton Inn in Cookeville. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are super friendly and thats ALL staff from reception staff to the cleaning staff. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and fresh. The breakfast is limited but very good for a free breakfast.

This Hampton Inn was GREAT. Clean large room, The staff was GREAT and a good breakfast to start the next day. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn. This was very convenient to get to off of the Interstate

The room was nice, clean, and roomy enough. The staff was friendly. The room price was unusually high for this chain. I had work to do during my stay and due to security concerns with wireless connections, always prefer to use wired internet connections in hotel rooms. There was none to be found. Wireless was the only choice. Not a big deal. The best "speed" I could get was just at 1 Mbps. Quite poor and made working in the room difficult. Admittedly, they do not advertise high speed internet. I have recently seen the same type service in other hotels in the same chain.
