Soon as I come in the door I see a Roach crawling up the side of the couch i turned around and immediately. Went back to the front desk then they offer me another room no I'm good I just need my money back. So for the people that don't like sleeping with roaches do not come here and that...

When we arrived, we were exhausted, but the mattress was comfortable & the room sound proof, so we heard nothing of the REALLY loud traffic on the busy street outside. The next morning, I sat on the edge of the bed & nearly toppled off because the mattress was much bigger than the base, so was not supported on the...

I have stayed at this hotel several times and every time something little was wrong but we overlooked it. As I was checking in the front desk/manager told me that my room was a problem room 312 because people smoke in it. She said there was a smoke smell and smoke burns. That was the least of the problems when...

The indoor pool area is deceiving but if you look again you'll notice it's not that great. The carpets are soiled in halls and rooms. The linens were not clean, room had bad smell. The guys hanging around outside, we're up to something that is creepy. Needless to say we didn't hang around to find out. Got out of there,...

The room was clean and bug free. The pool was very nice but it was very very cold. It is at a busy intersection so coming and going can be a little tricky. There was a lot of small things that could have been taken care of to make the place better, but for the money it was ok. They...

Military retirement after 31 years. Had family and friends stay at this hotel and was completely disgusted. Everything all the other reviews had left was exactly the same as my experience. Will never go to this hotel again until they get rid of the management and tear the hotel down.

This hotel is very dirty. We were in 1 room and the bed broke as soon as we tried to set our bags on the bed. We requested a new room. We go the 1 right next door. The carpet is very dirty and the tiles in the bathroom were supposed to be white they were black. Also the continental...

We requested a room with two double beds. The door did not deadbolt, so we were relocated to a temporary king with pullout room. Management required constant reminders to have us move. The bathroom had mildew in the corners, paint peeling on the floor of the tub, cigarette burns in the bedspreads (in a non-smoking room) and sticky tile floor....

We stayed for one night on our road trip. It's not a very clean hotel. The trash can outside of our room was over full. It was the same way when we got up the next day. We needed extra pillows. Had to go get them ourselves. We decided not to eat the free breakfast. The front desk people were...

Dirtiest place I've ever seen! The owner is the worst. I've never had such a bad experience. Don't stay here! Our toilet was broken and my shoes stuck to the carpet it was so gross. The cheap price is honestly not even cheap enough for the horrible hotel and service.
