Pool is wonderful however, the hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and updating! Staff was pleasant and helpful, no flexibility on check out. Staff was knocking on the door at 10:50 am to get us out.

Key didn't work. Slogged luggage back to front desk. Random employee hanging out at front desk took exception to complaint and wouldn't stop being abusive. I do not accept this behavior from any my own employees, but she found us at fault. Please avoid this business. Rude employees, abysmal customer service.

We came down for T-Day to spend a week with family who recently moved to the area. This hotel is filthy. The floors are stained and dirty. Doors have drilled out and broken handles. We stayed in the family suite which had cigarette burns all over the Jacuzzi tub and bedding, stained furniture, broken chairs, and the icing on the...

Simple, clean and was near the event we were having. Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. We were only there one night, so we didnt use the pool or other facilities. Easy access to food and shopping.

Business trip to Clarksville, TN landed me at this little gem. It seems like this place has been around since before a/c units in the rooms. Nice breakfast area when you walk in, but the food was very hard to eat. When you check in, you literally stand there and sweat your butt off. The reception desk is across from...

It was our first visit to TN. We were staying for 7 nights for a basketball tournament. The only cool thing about this hotel was the salt water pool. Other than that it was terrible. We had an inside room. I thought it was great at first because we were directly across from the indoor pool, which is right in...
