We stayed here three nights in the Gentry Room in the main house. Our room was on the third floor with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. The room was a little small but plenty big enough for the two of us. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water and water pressure. It was very close...

There are 3 separate buildings that make up the Bluff View Inn which is a bit confusing. We did not know where to go to check in. Our room was in the Thompson House so We parked there only to discover check-in is at McClellan House. So, it is confusing. It would have been nice to know this before We...

This complex of older buildings (hotel rooms), restaurants and shops offer a reprieve from the typical big box room choices. Very "homey" feel. The complex is strategically located making it easy to stroll along the bluff area of the city or walk the bridge. The only negative is that Chattanooga (& Tennessee) bed tax is the highest in the nation,...

We were blown away with this lodging. it was beyond what we expected. The room was large and airy and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and we loved the room. We have recommended this to our family who live in a nearby state. It is well worth a trip to visit this B&B and the Arts District.

We chose this option instead of a hotel, and what a great decision. Our room, which had an amazing view of the sunrise of the river and Missionary Ridge, offered plenty of privacy, 3 restaurants on the grounds, an interesting art gallery, all ideally located on a point in the river. We had beautiful views and very easy access to...

We just had a short trip but the inn was so comfortable. We were in the McClellan house...Bryan room. The bed slept great, the house is beautiful. The area is beautiful and amazingly quiet to be within walking distance of downtown Chattanooga. It's just a really neat set up. Check in was quick efficient and super simple. This is some...

We stayed in the Thompson House. Our room was lovely and the service was great. The Bluff View Art District which surrounds the Inn was great! We had a wonderful dinner right on the property. We would come back here again.

We chose the Bluff View Inn based on reviews and location to the music festival going on. FABULOUS stay at the Inn! The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful with dining suggestions, etc. Breakfast each day was yummy and plentiful. We stayed in the Frierson Room and found it most comfortable! We will definitely be back and would recommend...

The Bluff View Inn is actually three properties in the Bluff View Art District in Chattanooga, only one of which overlooks the river - which is the one we stayed in and much enjoyed. Great location to take in Chattanooga's art scene, which is pretty vibrant.

We recently spent 2 nights at the Bluff View Inn in the Thompson House. Our room was lovely, cozy and quiet. The surrounding Art District made our stay interesting, as well as enjoyable. Other guests were considerate, with absolutely no issues. We enjoyed the Rembrandt, and had a fantastic dinner at the Back Inn restaurant. Will recommend to others!
