I recently decided to stay at this hotel due to it close location to Lookout Mountain and the sights. The hotel looks very nice on both the exterior and on the interior of the building, that is until i arrived in my room. This place is a super far cry from the Econo Lodge I stayed at in Pigeon Forge...

My friend booked this hotel online based on great reviews. When we arrived our room smelled horrible. Turned out the refrigerator was full of sour milk and had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room and requested more towels. We were told by the manager, who we found out later, was the proprietor, that we could not get...

Not a bad hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and we did not have any problems. It is on the outskirts of Chatanooga, so not really close to anything other than The Incline Railway or Rock City. It is a good bargain for the price and close proxiity to the interstate.

My daughters go to Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, and I needed a cheap place to stay nearby during a visit. I spent very little time at the hotel, but my room, 314, was clean, and I had no negative experiences. The breakfast wasn't much more than toast and fruit, but I'm not big on breakfast anyway. If you're wanting...

I used my Choice points for a quick overnight while enroute from TX to VA. This was the second time I have stayed here. I got exactly what I expected from an Econolodge room. I would recommend this site for transit travel, but not a long term vacation stay if in the area to vist the sights. I arrived late...

Stayed there last night with hubby and grandfather. The bed was so hard and the pillow (if that's what you call it) was like cardboard. The door wouldn't shut properly, plus the lock on the bathroom wouldn't lock. The sink in the bathroom leaked everywhere. Their so called continental breakfast consisted of stale bread and bagels, plus dry cereal with...

I was really hoping this hotel would work for us because the location was ideal for getting into downtown and we will also be back in the area again next month. I do not want to stay here again though. The worse part was the stifling heat in all parts of the hotel: lobby, hallways, elevator, and rooms. Fortunately the...

I arrived here after a 12 hour drive and all I wanted was sleep. The bed was so hard I could not get to sleep at all. The next morning it occurred to me that maybe I could have remade the bed with the sheets OVER the blankets. I've had better nights sleep in a sleeping bag on an army...
