The hotel was very well maintained, front desk staff was extremely helpful. Bar/Restaurant area had great food and drinks.
Room was very clean. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Chattanooga

Had an onsite bar open till 11:00 PM, limited selection, yet well received after evening flight. Reasonable prices, continental breakfast bar was well above HI Express typical, good selection, flavor and crispy bacon. Room was clean, comfortable and had nice fluffy towels.

I stayed for 3 nights and the rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from downtown which is where the Zoo and Aquarium are. Lookout Mountain is a bit further but to visit is breathtaking though I have not been there in 15 years or so. There are hotels (The Chattanooga for one) downtown but when I went in April, there was a lot of road construction going on BUT was well marked and easy to maneuver.
