Just spent 3 wonderful days at the Johnson Shore Inn. The location is stunning , gorgeous sunrise/sunsets, we were fortunate to be there for the harvest moonrise. Mel and Dave are gracious and helpful with planning activities. We stayed for dinner most evenings which I would highly suggest, delicious! Looking forward to a return trip to experience the magic of...

We arrive early and the owner was really rude when she indicated the check in time. For the rest of our stay she was extremely cold and unapproachable, she seems to have a horrible temperamental behavior. They own a cat which is not mentioned in their website, the cat goes around the bedrooms if vacant, therefore if you suffer of...

If you are looking for a real getaway with lots of peace and quite, the Johnson Shore Inn is for you. The inn is right on the shore line so you can soak up all the sights and smells very easily. It's small enough so you get a lot of personal attention. The breakfasts and dinners were all very good....

This B&B was fabulous. I chose it because of its dramatic location On the very northern coast of PEI. We had the "Sunset" room which was Spacious and light. We were able to explore much of the northern and Eastern parts of the island. The distances are not long and there is very little Traffic. We ate dinner here 2...

Not only was the inn charming and gorgeously situated on a high bluff overlooking the water, but the owners were wonderful. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but extended it to four. During the optional wine hour before the delicious dinner, we enjoyed interesting conversations with guests from here and abroad. By the time we had to check...

Lovely location on the north side of the island, a short drive from Souris. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Five star dinner and lovely breakfast. We were gifted with a visit by a local seal who posed for us while we took pictures of him! Will stay here again when we return. Thanks Mel and Dave!

Big chains aim to up the value by setting standards, providing consistent training/professional development, etc. The value of this treasure cannot be replicated in most business models. How do you replicate or 3D print customer service into the grandmother/grandfather/uncle/aunt you wish you could add to your family? Beyond the beauty of being able to stare out into the ocean to...

The Inn is located on a large property by the sea and the views and sunrise/sunsets are spectacular. Many interesting locations such as beaches and restaurants are within 15 to 20 min driving distances (I recommend the Singing Sands Beach and the Lobster Shack in Souris for lunch) but the Inn also provides a set menu evening meal if reserved....

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful, very clean and offered spectacular views out of our large windows. The location is a distance away from the hustle and bustle, but the ocean is right there for your pleasure viewing - so peaceful, soothing and relaxing. The owners were as friendly and gracious as you could hope for. AND, the...

Johnson Shore Inn is not only located on a spectacular property with awesome views, but the hosts' attention to detail made it one of the most comfortable and relaxing vacations we've ever had. Mel and Dave are lovely, knowledgeable and willing to take the extra step to give ideas and recommendations and make reservations for various outings. There is a...
