Location is out of the way, which is not a good thing, but a great thing! We saw deer every night from out hot tub. The room was wonderful! My family enjoyed the location because not only was it beautiful, but the host were just a beautiful! Christine and Hans are special people who made the end of our 16...

Coyote blues was one of the highlights of our trip to the Black Hills. We used this as our home base for 3 days during our trip. The location was key for us, short drive to Keystone and Hill City. The physical location is off the main road, down a short gravel road. The house is perched on a hillside...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coyote Blues. Christine and Hanspeter were excellent hosts. We loved the secluded location and the beautiful drive to get there. The accommodations are just as described. Our room was quite spacious as were all the common areas. Our hosts offered an array of snacks and drinks for us to obtain when we desired. We...

Just left Coyote Blues this morning and already I feel like I left family. It is a wonderful and serene place to stay. I highly recommend it! It is perched away from the noise of the highway. The hosts, Ms. Christine and Mr. Hans are extremely friendly, kind, and full of life. The morning breakfasts were plentiful. If you love...

We arrived tired and thirsty and hinted about getting a drink but none was offered, we did find a kettle later on in breakfast room, not sure if we were allowed to use it but we did. The owners lived their life around us, I had been trying to turn on the Tv in the lounge but as they went...

Very Pleasant and friendly Hosts Who made Us feel at home. Beautifully located and very quiet yet close to all attractions like Mt Rushmore, Deadwood and many others. Absolute Highlight was the marvelous breakfast!! Only negative was that the room was quite small.

We only stayed one night but after seeing the room, the property and having that marvelous breakfast, we would have stayed more nights. The jungle room is just so cool and so are the owners. We will definitely stay there again!

Christine and Hans are remarkable hosts. Away from the hub-bub of the tourist scene you will find it to be a place where you will find peace and tranquillity. The European breakfasts are fantastic. Would recommend it to all family and friends, The Mediterranean Room was comfortable and the hot tub was a welcome relief after traveling many hours.
