Located in a sleepy old town, and straight shot from the Falls, a beautiful Inn sits on the corner. Cannot say enough kind words the extremely friendly and personal service offered. We were lucky to be the only ones staying and were offered an upgrade on our room. She also helped us learn about the history of the town and...

My husband and I had a lovely, relaxing weekend at the Rose Stone Inn. The inside is charming and old-fashioned, full of antiques and old furniture without feeling old or "musty." The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially loved getting cozy at night in the TV room or working next to the fireplace during the day. (We were...

The Rose Stone is for those who have no pretense or are adventurous. Personally, I prefer eccentric lodgings like this because I hate the soulless chains that smell like new carpeting and chemical cleaners. The Rose Stone is a little the worse for wear; the...

We enjoyed talking to her about the history of the building (she was a lovely person). The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was also quite good....

“Old house, so it creaks. Ask questions, and you'll get some amazing answers.”

“Some of the rooms are very close together (we were the only guests so it wasn't an issue), so be forewarned that you may want to tamp it down if you tend to be "noisy" guests. :)”
