Older style building, outside entrance. Rooms in need of rehab. Not up to the same standard as most Hampton Inns we stay at but more expensive. I am assuming that because a new one is being built and soon to open, they are not paying attention to details of cleaning. Room had an odor.

The hotel is very clean and the bedding is so comfortable. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had a problem getting on the internet. The lady at the desk knew what to do and solved my problem. They honored the coupon that was in the travel book in the Welcome Center in SC.

The room smelled so strong of cigarette smoke that I felt sick. The linens looked dirty and the breakfast was not very good. The staff was friendly but I would. It recommend it unless you are used to dirty motels.

Friendly Staff. Above average staff friendliness, care and concern. Nice Hot breakfast. Facilities very outdated for Hampton Inn, so should change the outside signage to another name brand. The staff was very professional and friendly. Provided wonderful information about the area and provided recommendations on local places for dinner. The rooms were large and clean. Upon checking in the staff call to ensure we were pleased with the room.

Friendly, helpful staff, and good breakfast. However, rooms are small, old, with an odor. It was cold and windy when we visited, and room exits are to the outside and a trek to the elevator. The room needs to be much better kept. There was dirt/dust in all of the corners. The grout in the bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. Perhaps Hampton Inn upper management should book a room or two without being announced who they are. Wonder how they would rate their hotels. I'd like to know.

The room was fine, not great. The bed was very soft and the sheet kept coming loose. One elevator at the opposite end of hotel. As an older person we had to drag bags up two stair levels. Service and quality were very good. The hotel is old and being replaced.
