I booked 3 nights in July for myself. I wanted a getaway from work, family, etc. This hotel is advertised as a more adult hotel. Covered with children, bare room with black mold, phone in room did not work when I checked in, no security for guests, no warning of a DJ for 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon that...

This place has rude staff and the place is dirty and falling apart. The efficiency ocean view room was terrible. Broken door, back AC, dirty and sticky floors and furniture, leaking faucets, broken towel racks, dishes and silverware dirty, bathroom filthy. This hotel is in need of major renovations. considering the fact that weve been staying here the last 10 years, the service is not the same anymore. we always had to ask for towels to be changed. In the whole two weeks we were here, the only housekeeper who actually helped was Paulene.

Day 1: Excellent free onsite parking, quick and easy checkin, direct access to the beach, and spectacular views from the 15 story tower. The queen sized beds were basically a mattress on a plywood frame (no box-spring), and rather uncomfortable for us. Nothing about this hotel is as it is advertised. Thank goodness I bought insurance! It was dirty, it smelled like sewage, the bed looked like there was a body in it. I can't say how bad the place truly was. Glad I had the insurance to have the money refunded to my credit card.
