The check in staff was friendly, the room was on the 11th floor corner suite, had an amazing balcony with full ocean view and pool view, this made the trip. The room it self is very dated, with carpet and some mild disrepair items, outdated furniture and appliances and wasn't the cleanest, it came with a safe, stove, microwave fridge and small kitchen space, the room itself is very large with 2 different balcony's. Every thing was somewhat clean but needs to be updated and more bleach needs to be used, they have onsite parking across the st and in the garage that they own, everything was safe and secure, didn't use any of the onsite pools as we stayed in off-season the grounds seemed to be kept jnice as well.

We stayed at this resort Oct 27 thru the 29th 2023 The place was clean and comfortable. However for being a King Suite there was much to be desired. The bathroom is small and sink was for small people The staff was especially nice The staff in the dining room for the breakfast buffet were simply Awesome. Kudos to them Regarding the breakfast buffet would have been nice if you didn’t have to pay separate for it. $14 per adult. This should be included in the package like most of the other resorts do The worst part of the whole trip was the parking. They allowed people to park in the off loading or loading spaces all day and all night but yet have signs posted “15 minute max parking” and says towing would be enforced. They allowed people to park in handicap spots with no placards or license plate identifying them as handicapped. My wife is handicapped and all but one night of our stay was I able to park there. I had to park across the street in the parking car garage. Even the other parking lots they had assigned for the resort were full and possibly not staying at this resort as they weren’t displaying the placards for the resort If you are going to say that towing is enforced or that parking for this particular resort is only for the resort then that should be enforced Overall not a bad stay but will book at another resort that has a little more to offer as far as amenities…

Was a great stay with my family. The children loved the kiddie pool area and I loved the adult pool! The breakfast which is complimentary each morning was much better than I expected. It taste like my own breakfast. They definitely earned a five star rating!

When I checked in I check my bed like normal the bed had stains I contacted front desk they told the resort manger and he never contacted me I had to wait 1hr to get new sheets and when he came and was very rude
