We were required to pay a $200 "security deposit" per person, in cash. They refused to refund it to us when we checked out saying they had to see if we had broken the rules and then we were handed a poorly drafted letter (please see my picture of this letter attached to my review). They said they'd mail it to us later. That was a month ago and we have not received anything from them.
