First of all just to let you know that this was my baby birthday weekend and it was horrible.I wanted to give this rating a zero but it will not allow me to. First we got there the staff was very rude and unprofessional. After checking in we went to our rooms and there was no covers on the bed. When I went to ask for covers they stated that they were all out. This is a rip off none of the rooms look like how they look on the site. Tell you the truth the state or whoever is over hospitality need to shut this place completely down. I put it like this a roach wouldn't even want to stay there. My mom did housing work for almost 30 years as a hotel worker and I know how a hotel is supposed to be ran. I will never ever in my life stay at this unprofessional ruDe employees, slack hotel ever again again.

My granddaughter first time on a boat. We had an absolutely amazing time. Staff was beyond perfect. We won this trip from our hotel (Seacrest) but to be honest we would pay to do it again. Recommend the hotel and the trip to everyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights! The first night was nice. My sister and I were excited. Great view of the ocean a little dated but cute. My sister was excited to bring her family there for a vacation. That all changed the next night. We were out shopping and when we got back to our room and turned on the light…… cockroaches!!! Scurrying everywhere. I was scared but a bit ignorant as I have never seen a cockroach before. This was 11pm. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed but after a google search we confirmed it was cockroaches. I called down to the front desk and the lady goes, “ok, so what do you want me to do about it?” I couldn’t believe it. Like it didn’t even phase her. I told her I want a new room. I went down to the front desk and the security guard came up to the room. She confirmed it was cockroaches. She was great. Very sympathetic and taught us a few things about cock roaches. She even helped us move rooms. We get to our new room and cozied in. Found a good movie on the telly. Mind you this is now 1230am ish. My sister and I look at eachother and go “did you hear that?” There was thumping on the wall. We muted the tv and then could hear a baby crying. Shortly after that screaming and yelling. The couple next to us were having a full on domestic with a baby in the room!! My sister and I were mortified. After a half hour and literally hearing them fight we called the front desk. We told them to call the police. This was a serious fight. Not just a little screaming. It was full on. We were scared. I told the front desk to not send the security guard. I knew who she was from moving us. This was way beyond her control. After listening to them continue to fight well after 2am at this point the security guard came. We had bags packed and ready to flee the room to sleep in our car. But, we were scared. Two sisters in a different country listening to this poor woman getting thumped out and a crying baby. I tried calling the front desk multiple times after that and no one answered. It wasn’t until the security guard was talking to the gentleman in the hall with him screaming “who called down?” That scared us even more and we really were frozen with fear. We couldn’t see that night and guess what, no police. The next morning I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and tell her what had happened. I broke down crying I was still shook up. I was also wanting to make sure they were checking out that day because there was NO way I was staying in that room again. They were there for another 3 days and the manager upgraded us to prime oceanfront. It was ok. Close to elevator but not complaining! In hindsight we should have done a lot of things. I should have called the cops myself and we should have went to a different hotel. The topping on the cake was getting stuck in the elevator on our way to check out. You seriously couldn’t make this stuff up! Sorry Sea Crest you will never get anymore of mine or my families money.

This resort is AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to arrange 2 rooms for me and my family after my original reservation through a third party company did not populate. The pools are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bar is right beside the pool and beach: drinks are delicious and variety! Rooms are clean, beds comfy! All utensils are not included, elevators are busy.

It had Excellent beach access from the hotel. There was a variety of sun bathing locations to chose from. There was adequate check-in personnel to handle people checking in without too long of a wait time.

My grandchildren and I spent 3 wonderful days at Sea Crest Resort. The children's water park and the other pools gave all a beautiful time. Our room was super clean and the kitchenette was so handy. Everything you need. The wonderful oceanfront balcony gave us the most breathtaking views. Willow definitely be booking again.
