Do not stay here if you aren't ok with staying up until at least 2AM every single night. Literally a miserable 4 nights. We cannot wait to depart in a couple of days. If this wasn't a work related trip, we would have counted our losses and checked out after the first night. There is a rooftop Bar next door that has extremely loud music until 2AM every night. I understand that this is not something the hotel can control, but they will not even discuss it with you, and we feel this is information that should be shared with guests so they are at least aware. We left messages with the manager, and of course never received a return call. Instead, we received a call from someone trying to get us to buy into the timeshare here. Obviously we declined. The hotel is standard. It is a newer hotel, so basically what you would expect, but nothing spectacular by any means. Balcony is very smokey with other right around you, so it's hard to even sit outside and enjoy the view. We had several issues with TVs, phone, and lighting that the maintenance guys did take care of quickly. They were very polite and did a great job. For that we are thankful. We will not be returning and would not recommend this to anyone that is here to have a nice relaxing vacation.…

It's a nice facility opened in 2019. What made the difference is Brad who made things happened. He understood our situation that desperately needed a room with 2 beds and he solved the problem! Enjoyed the stay; nice location right on boardwalk and everything.

We stayed here on a promotional deal. The hotel is beautiful. Kids activities were closed which was a bummer. The resort is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk amenities. Drinks were totally watered down. Upon arrival, we noticed poop stains on the sheets of the sleeper sofa we were using for the kids. Literal poop streaks. Disgusting. We contacted the front desk and housekeeping dropped off fresh linens.

It definitely wasn't beach season, but we needed a break. We reserved an oceanfront two bedroom suite, and didn't regret our decision. When we arrived we were offered some type of additional benefit if we attended a presentation on Hilton properties; which we declined, and we weren't asked again. Despite enjoyed a nearly deserted beach; where despite the very cold air temperature, we watched dolphins, hunted sharks teeth and even found a fossilized Dugong bone. Family time well spent.

Pool bar is decent but the sports bar is terrible. It is not a real sports bar.. it is a room with some TVS and some tables. It is not a sports bar. Overall the rooms are amazing and the service is good . But Hilton can do a better job of providing amenities for adults who don’t have children.

Beautiful Oceanview suite well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Valet parking is exceptional and there is a wide variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Take a walk one block to the north to New York Prime a pricey but excellent steak house.

Our room was amazing!!! It was like an apartment with washer & dryer; huge bedroom and huge bathroom with 2 doors; full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, large living room and balcony. We appreciated that the bedroom was away from the balcony since it was bike week - thousands of motorcycles cruising past the hotel. We were disappointed that the pools are only open to 9:00 p.m. Friends were staying at another hotel and their pools were open until 11:00 p.m. We had issues with the satellite feed which caused the living room TV unwatchable. 2 people attempted to fix it without any luck. Also disappointed in the limited bar and food options/hours. It would have been nice to be at the pool for a nightcap. The location was great and would definitely stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach.…

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our room. We had a one bedroom, the room featured a Nice clean kitchen, washer and dryer, large living room with an ocean view balcony, and a spacious King bedroom. They hotel offered two pools and two hot tubs, one pool was heated which was a nice surprise. The location of the Hotel is perfect, everything is in walking distance.

Gorgeous oceanfront view from balcony. Lots of wind but loved the walks on beach and boardwalk. Every hard working employee was always very friendly and we were giving lots of choices to eat and some we stumbled upon. The king suite oceanfront was great. Remote for tv gave some trouble and we had to ask for one for bedroom because that was missing, but whatever you requested they were there delivering in no time. Great kitchen use and we even used the washer and dryer. We stayed for 5 nights and no housekeeping which was okay for us, whatever we needed, we asked and they delivered. The boardwalk is a nice walk early a.m. and p.m. We also were given complimentary tickets to mini golf and go carts which were fun. I will love to return again.
