No Longer means anything to work your way for years from Nothing, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Lifetime Diamond. You get treated the same no special benefits from one Hilton Property to the next. Was a time a Diamond and above along with guest staying with them a full complimentary breakfast and some a one drink voucher and Free Parking at all hilton properties that charged. NO MORE

Mr. Walters thank you for sharing your feedback in regards to the Hilton Honors F&B Credit program and the loyalty program. Of course the programs are all brand specific and presented to us by Hilton after some lengthy testing in various markets across the country. While I understand you frustration with the new program it was designed to allow the guest to have more options than just breakfast as a loyal Honors member. The F&B credit allows for the Honors member to choose what food and drink items they want to apply the credit too as we found not all members even eat breakfast and wantedt the credit to be available to them for other options such as the pantry or at dinner in the bar/restaurant. While i understand you frustration I will again pass all this feedback back to the brand so that they can make informed decisions on what is best in the evolution of this program.

Clean hotel from the moment you enter to the rooms. Friendly and helpful service. Location is great. Near the Mall and some basic restaurants. Within ten minutes to beach, Market Common and Broadway at the Beach. Proximity to 17 makes it easy to get to Murrells Inlet.

Hotel was clean and quiet considering how close it is to the airport. Rebecca at the front desk was great. Both she and the bartender Wendy made sure the fire pit was lit at night. Pools were a disappointment. The outdoor pool was dirty and cold, and the indoor pool was also cold.

Thank you so much for taking a moment to share some feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. I do appreciate your comments on our cleanliness and also pointing out 2 of our team members as well. It is always nice to see that our team has gone above and beyond for someone when they are our guest. Yes the water temp on the outside pool is still a little on the cold side as we do not heat it at all, as for the cleanliness I assure you that has been addressed and handled by our team to insure that is not an issue moving forward. We do heat the indoor pool but only to a temp in the 70s to insure the interior pool room does not get too hot, I understand some people want a warmer pool but we must balance the overall temp in the room to insure it is not too hot. If the pool temp is too high it will warm that room quickly. I am sorry about that but I will speak to my team and see if we can move the needle some to increase the temp on the indoor pool. Thank you so much for the feedback and we will continue to work to offer every guest a positive experience while they stay with us.

Not sure why they have great reviews. Middle of the road Hilton garden inn. My room had the faint smell of a dog. As a diamond member staying two days I couldn't get a bottle of water on my second day, they wanted to charge me $4. Not really sure what status gets you at this hotel, other than points. Wasn't made to feel special being a lifetime diamond, but I guess they have to watch their pennies. Cleaning staff was terrific, front counter staff was all rules and regs and no. Rather stay at one of the resorts or a Hampton where they're happy to give you a water bottle on your second or third day.

Thank you for the feedback in regards to your stay. I apologize for any confusion in regards to your Diamond Benefits. Yes per HGI brand standard we give you 2 bottles of water at check in as your Diamond benefit. I am not sure when you asked for another bottle that the team member did not accommodate the request as we have always done so in the past. As for the dog smell I will speak with housekeeping in regards to the odor as we should not be selling a room that has such a smell to it until we are sure it is resolved. I appreciate your feedback and we will continue to work to improve the level of service we give all our guests.

After a 13+ hour drive, we stopped in here for a night; before checking into our resort the next day. The lobby was well-maintained, with a typical HGI design. Our check-in was quick and efficient. The front-desk person, Cindy, was friendly, welcoming and accommodating (as one would expect from a fellow Hoosier). Our room was clean, spacious and provided a wonderful respite after a long and tiring trip. The partially compensated breakfast, the following morning, was very good; and made for a satisfying start to the day. All and all, this location is a solid option, if one is seeking accommodations in the area.

This is our usual place to stay when we visit Myrtle Beach. We usually go several times a year, but only between September-March. We don’t care for the crazy crowds of spring and summer or the crowds on the boulevard.
