We had a wonderful stay here at the Hampton. It was very convenient for us and we enjoyed being able to hear the music without leaving our room. We were on the 7th floor and was facing the lake so we were able to see what was going on, on the Boardwalk at any given time. We walked, talked, ate plenty of food, drunk some drinks, laughed, and danced our entire stay. The busiest day we had there was on Saturday when the crowds were very heavy. The hotel is in close proximity to so many other things off the property too such as the beach, restaurants, shopping, and parks. We would definitely stay again and appreciated all of the staff who were always so friendly and kind especially the front desk and dining staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay!

We booked two nights in March during the Myrtle Beach race weekend. The hotel was literally 600-m from the start/finish line, making this an ideal location. As soon as you arrive, you realize that this is not a normal Hampton. The entryway, the dining area, the indoor pool/spa and outdoor pool, and even the rooms are a step above any Hampton that we have stayed at. Seriously, the dining room has 4x waffle irons running in parallel?! Talk about efficient (that being said, there is limited seating for breakfast). The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The only drawback is that the entire 8 floors are serviced by two elevators, so there are times when you have to wait quite a few minutes for an elevator to reach you (and then stop at multiple floors on the way down). The proximity to the Boardwalk, with a large number of entertainment venues, shops, and restaurants gives you ample opportunity for enjoyment without moving your vehicle. The beaches are 0.7 miles away from the property, so if you are thinking about walking to the beach, expect a long walk (in both directions).

We had called ahead before our arrival and the lady answering our call was kind enough to recommend to us an excellent seafood restaurant. Once we arrived the gentleman on duty patiently worked checking about three rooms of guests at one time. Still, when it was my time, he was cordial and made certain we were left with no unanswered questions.
Our room was spacious and clean with a view of the lake and the shopping/amusement area. The following morning our complimentary breakfast was tasty and quite satisfying although it was limited due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Breakfast offerings were available for eating there or taking away.

Most of the staff were very warm and friendly and the property is well-maintained for the most part. The location is also very convenient as it is right on the boardwalk, just steps away from a lot of food options and other entertainment. The internet quality is also excellent, which was a definite plus. However, there are some things that need more careful thought and attention such as the fact that the drapes cannot be fully closed. This is a major problem on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot where our room was as anyone in the parking lot could look in directly through the windows. The sheer blinds can be fully closed but that is not of much help. I had to use a large paper clip to hold the blinds together to block out an audience as well as the sunlight in the morning. In addition, the desk chair is extremely low for the desk and cannot be adjusted upwards. I had to stack 4 pillows on it to get close to the desk to be able to use my computer. I don't know if this is the case in other rooms but this makes working at the desk very difficult. There are no draws in the bedroom and for our stay, the bathroom was not very clean. We had to do a lot of disinfecting when we arrived. If we hadn't arrived so late (after midnight), I would have asked for a room change. Overall, I would still stay here again, especially if I don't have to work and I can get a room on a higher floor.

I booked online thru my companies hotel app, I have Always like Hampton inns. This on is top notch, the breakfast is on point and the Reds taters are cooked just right. Even the service guy is cool here. Our shower was draining slow they had it fixed it by the said they would by the time I got back from work I was able to shower with a fast drain. ***** they are striving to be. 5 star hotel. Ms Linda as long as I have work I will stay with You here at Hampton inn. THANK YOU !!

My family & I are in town for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel after shopping online. Check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. Because of the current restrictions the pools aren’t open and they aren’t serving breakfast but that’s no big deal. The girl who checked us in offered some great ideas for local breakfast spots. This hotel is located within broadway at the beach and within walking distance from several shops and restaurants. (Entertainment and rides not currently open but those are here too.) This place is clean and you can tell they are taking the appropriate measures to protect guests. Elevator limit, sanitizer in the entry ways, etc. The beach is just a short drive from here as well. Def recommend !

Rooms are not throughly cleaned. Had smelly old sushi in the fridge, crumbs on the carpet. rude night auditor, careless morning guy at the desk. For $400 a night, it shouldn’t smell like fish and at least vacuum.

My wife and I love this Hampton Inn. The staff are, and always have been, very friendly and welcoming. Three of the ladies that we’ve encountered in the past that make you feel right at home are Kendra, Jennifer and Jessica. They still believe in a thing called Customer Service!
The location is perfect whether you want to go shopping, enjoy a great meal at one of the nearby restaurants, take a stroll on the beach, or just get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a few days! This is the spot we’ve chosen as our favorite place to lay our heads when in Myrtle Beach.

The staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean and the property was well kept. The breakfast included did not have a lot of choices, but what was provided was very good. The pools were clean and never crowded. Laundry facilities were available which we did utilize, and were typical of coin-op laundry. The lakeview rooms were bright at night, but not so much that it was distracting. The noise from Broadway at the Beach was tolerable, and higher floors help with that. Overall a great stay, great location, and we will stay again.

I called a couple of days ahead of our scheduled arrival because my boyfriend and I each had a reservation(2 different last names) and I wanted to see about getting our rooms close together. We were greeted at check-in by Donna and after an 8 hour drive, it was so nice to be welcomed by a friendly front desk person. Not only did they accommodate us with adjoining rooms but I just know we were in upgrade rooms as well. Half of the rooms face the street and half face Broadway at the Beach and we had a "lake view" room with a wonderful view of The Hangout at Broadway at the Beach, with fireworks we could see from our windows 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The property is very clean and everyone is so welcoming and kind. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor pools, which were clean and the temperature was very comfortable. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone!! Such a fun, memorable family trip!

Hello! They had hot breakfast. It varied over the 3 days we were there. Eggs, sausage, potatoes or hash browns. Hot oatmeal. Waffle makers. Also yogurt, boiled eggs (cold), cereals breads, danish. Muffins and bananas and apples. Fruit juices, milk, teas and of course hot coffee.
Very good!
There are more places to choose from in the Myrtle Beach area.
