I stayed at arcadian dunes Thursday July 23rd to the 27th. The place is about 15 mins from broadway at the beach and the myrtle beach strip. The beach is about 5-10 min walk and a 2 min drive to breakfast and Krogers. The unit i stayed in was very nice and i rented from affordable vacation rentals. I have...

Location was perfect but dealing with these folks negated all of that. You can find locations just as good and better people to deal with. Rude HOA people and $20 hidden cost. Just pass on this one, you can do way better.

Was disappointed in our experience. We paid $1200 to stay a week here and we did not get the peaceful experience we expected due to rude HOA staff and constant reprimands over petty rules such as no pool floats, etc. I could go on but the experience already took enough from us while on our family vacation. basically the HOA...

I recently stayed at this "resort" for a long weekend (Thursday- Sunday). As soon as we checked in, issues began. I was unaware of having to purchase a parking pass/pool pass for $20 per car. Which really seemed ridiculous for a 3 night stay. Hope I haven't lost you yet because it gets WORSE! Not only did we find find...

BARRON'S/KRESSIG'S We vacationed in Myrtle Beach the week of 6-13 thru 6-20-15 with another couple @ Arcadia Dunes 26_408; for the most part the place was nice and comfortable. There were some minor repair issues in the condo that needed to be addressed with management but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our week @ the beach. It was clean...

This place was ok. It had old fashioned furniture in it. Some of the furniture was badly stained. I didn't see any roaches in my unit. The appliances in the kitchen such as the stove, microwave looked like something from 1985. We rented a two bedroom unit and there was a 13'' television in one of the rooms. It also...

I really enjoyed my stay in Building 12 Unit 348. Just a short walk to the beach and the Arcadian Family pier. The complex pool, gym and restaurant was a two minute walk outside my door which made for a really nice off season stay. The condo itself was immaculate. The third floor Windows and views made it light and...

“Ask about updates, most units are updated, but this was a our second stay and the first was just in some need of work. All units are owned by private folks. Just check the photos and ask about updates if you are concerned with that! Still great no matter what unit you are in. The property isn't very big but if you have kids or don't want a little more of a walk, ask for units closer to the beach and Shore Drive!”
