This is just my opinion. The past two years my family have gone to Arcadian dunes resort. The condo we had both years is very nice and clean . They have two pools. A restaurant, bar, arcade there. In my opinion the resort is great there is a selection of condos to choose from. It's a five minute walk to the...

My husband was completing a project in Conway, SC and was staying here. My daughter and I joined him for a week. The condo was roomy, clean, and had a washer/dryer. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking near our building. A grocery store and several restaurants were close and the best part was that we only...

My only problem was all the hidden fees....like parking pass, cleaning fee, processing fee, linen fee.... Then a FAT charge on the beach for chairs. It all adds up. The condo itself was really very nice. It was spotlessly clean and we fond everything we needed to cook with. Even had Netflix!

very clean; all amenities were excellent; pool and grounds very clean; condo had washer and dryer, dishwasher, three televisions; one block to the beach; restaurants were nearby and entertainment was also close; easy access to shopping malls and highways.

We stayed at room 203 at building one. The furniture was way too big for the condo, we had a hard time walking around. We thought it would have been very difficult to sleep more than 4, sofa and sleep chair had no room. WiFi was in the condo but there was no password supplied, office was closed until the...

I own at this condo complex and I give the following tips. Each condo unit is individually owned so they are all decorated differently and equipped differently. Many of them use their own cleaning services so that varies also. Their is a rental agency on site who does a great job with the rentals, but you need to ask what...

Excellent place to stay. Completely renovated. Unit on first floor with the pool in the back of the unit. Very comfortable. Convenient to the ocean and pier for fishing. Golf course down the block. Bar/Restaurant on site with excellent food. Food store close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Arcadian Dunes was a great place to stay. Our unit was one block to the beach 3rd floor overlooking the smaller pool. There is a larger pool with a restaurant in the middle of the large complex of condos. They were built in the 70 ' s so I am sure a lot of them need updating but still a...

We planned this family vacation months in advance and booked our rental back in March. Upon arrival to pick up our keys ON TIME we were told the room still wasn't ready. Half an hour later they gave us our keys(three). We went to our room.. Building 2, condo 307.. And the cleaning woman was still cleaning! And nowhere near...

“Ask about updates, most units are updated, but this was a our second stay and the first was just in some need of work. All units are owned by private folks. Just check the photos and ask about updates if you are concerned with that! Still great no matter what unit you are in. The property isn't very big but if you have kids or don't want a little more of a walk, ask for units closer to the beach and Shore Drive!”
