Wanted to take the wife to visit patriots Point and see Charleston and couldn't find a hotel room for under $220 a night within 20 miles of Charleston, so instead looked for B&Bs in the area for a decent price and good reviews. Found this inn with fantastic reviews and really good prices. Good location and great views. Made our...

Plantation Oaks was a comfortable place of repose while we vacationed in the area. We enjoyed the great place to relax near the tidal creek, including the B&B's private pier into the tidal marsh. Steve, one of the owners, was very kind and accommodating, as were all of the staff. Steve made special provisions for breakfast after i had informed...

Phyllis and Steve were perfect host. Extremely accommodating and very friendly. I stayed in the Indigo room and it was spectacular. The room is gorgeous and large. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. The grounds are fabulous. It's a very peaceful and wonderful place. I can't wait to come back.

Comfort, great host and good food. What more can you ask for from a B n B? How bout an awesome setting on a tidal marsh and a home filled with southern charm. Plenty of places to just sit and relax including a large screened in porch. Only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and right next to Boone Plantation. Thank...

I stayed at Plantation Oaks for a birthday weekend trip to Charleston, and it was my first time in a bed and breakfast. The hosts are excellent, and the breakfast tasty and filling. The location is scenic and right next to Boone Hall Plantation. You are about twenty minutes from Charleston, which isn't too long a drive. I stayed in...

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was beautifully done. Everything was spotless. Parking spot available for each room. There is a great view from the back of the house and the dining area. It's close to Patriots Point and the restaurants at Shem's Creek.

We loved this inn. Steve & Phyllis, the owners, were welcoming & gracious. Shelly, the server & housekeeper, was friendly & helpful. We stayed in the Indigo Room. We had no trouble sleeping even though it was in the front of the house overlooking the road - it was quiet. I am surprised that no one has mentioned in their...

Upon check in, Shelly took us around and showed us the layout of the bed and breakfast. She was super friendly and made us feel at home. We stayed in the Cotton Room which had a separate bathroom across the hall. If you stay here, I'd suggest bringing a robe. The mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable. My husband and...

We stayed at this Inn for 3 days. It is a few driveways from Boone Hall Planation. But the road is so busy that you cannot walk there. Even though Longpoint Rd is super busy, the house is quiet. The breakfasts were good, but nothing I couldn't make. The property is pretty It is 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. The...
