Nice room with all necessary amenities. It just did not have a lot of extra space (had to put open suitcase on desk). Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. Fast response to request I had for help with TV. Overall an excellent experience.
We were looking to stay near Charleston with our 9 month old for a few days holiday. All staff were very helpful and friendly which is a big plus for the stay. The room was a good size but the bathroom was a little small....More

Stayed here for one night while traveling down the eastern seaboard. Customer Service was great and very helpful when making our reservation from our cell phone. Facility is nice and well maintained. We would stay here again.
We stayed here 2 nights while on a roadtrip. Good location to downtown Charleston. Be sure to check out Mt Pleasant itself. There are several resturants on the water if you want to avoid the tourist places in Charleston.
My overall experience was good. Walls seemed thin ,someone had a dog that barked most of the night. Room was the same size as bathroom ,but it worked wasn't in the room that much. Windows don't open and elevator is really slow. But the receptionist...More
No cruise there. There is the Smoky Mountain Railroad and fairly near to Nantahala River kyak/rafting on the river. No shuttle but parking is plentiful at both sites with transportation to put in points on the river... More
