We were there for a short stay. Nice location, very clean and comfortable stay. If in the area again, would definitely stay there again. The only issue was there were only towels for two people and there were three. Not much at the breakfast to choose from.
Overall not a bad place to stay. I would stay again. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t bad. The room overall was clean. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Had plenty of room for 2 adults.
This hotel needs a lot of work. The clientele is mostly contractors and you can smell the pot when walking to your room. The first room we were given the heater sounded like a train was going through it. The front desk moved us to another room and the key didn't work after the first day, even after maintenance worked on it (we were there a total of 3 days). There were crumbs on the phone and night stand, the carpet was dirty and the room smelled. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the toilet handle would stick making the water continually run. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on outside and in the neighboring room, including the fight in the adjoining room that lasted over an hour and a half. I would not recommend a woman traveling alone stay here. I will never stay at this hotel again. Don't be fooled by "By Wyndham".…
The manager of the hotel is Priti Patel. The Patel people from India have a monopoly on low budget hotels in the US. I was hit by a strong musty smell as soon as I entered the room. Possibly a very dirty carpet. Do I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you like musty/moldy smell in an old hotel. Now, I can't wait to read one of their canned responses to this review.
Check in was a little rough with using a third-party and the deposit. Our room was filthy. I had to wipe off all the surfaces. The bed sheet has a smoking hole and floor had a glue spot. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs/ sausage/ toast and other things like cereal. The pool was not open yet
I give it a 3/5 stars. my boyfriend and I stayed 1/30-2/3 2022. I would like to note that it could’ve gotten a higher score but the room I was posted in ( 131 )was beside the housekeeping room. So we heard them pushing carts back and forth all morning long. And our first morning we were woken up by a leaf blower! in February!!! There were no leaves and the parking lot itself was mainly free of garbage! So why?? We were not informed that there would be any landscaping going on. It was very loud and continue to go at least on our side of the building for over a half an hour! It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time. And when we addressed this to the front all they said was “well he’s not on your side anymore.” This was very upsetting. Mind you my boyfriend and I work second shift so we are not awake at 730/8 in the morning thats mid sleep for us. When we asked that housekeeping come back at a later time, they never showed. For the whole stay we did not get any house keeping service and had to get towels from the front which always was answered with attitude. My last stay before this was so much better service And so much more peace and quiet. The room itself was really good. Bed very comfy and shower was perfect. The WiFi kept disconnecting but there were several other guests so I definitely do not hold a grudge for that. It’s expected. I do hope the next time I’ll have a better experience…
Everything was great. Even though I had a little problem at check in, that didn’t damper anything. The front desk lady was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and smelt fresh.
Another year has passed since my last review of this property, and another terrific recent stay at The Days Inn at Ladson. Once again, "Amber" took great care with my booking, room, and entire 4 day stay while visiting family in Ladson. The hotel continues to be a great stay, and THE POOL WAS OPEN! this past week. (Covid had it closed in my late Sept. 2020 stay) The grounds continues to be perfectly manicured. The flowers, palm trees, and grounds looked beautiful. The cleaning staff was as friendly as in the past years I have stayed here. My 4 day stay was a joy! Also open was the hot coffee & juice machine.....at 5:30 a.m.!..... as I prepared to begin my 15 hour drive back home to Springfield, IL last Sunday morning. The young lady at the 24 hour window opened up the lobby for me to grab a "bag breakfast", fill my Thermos with coffee for the road, and fill a fresh cup of orange juice as well. Thanks to Amber & front desk folks?..... I will be back again! Congratulations to all & keep up the great work!…
The room was dirty, dust and debris on the counter, Fridge was dirty contained what looked like frozen coke etc. Bugs on the bed under the matres fitted sheet. Sheets looked like they had been used then turned over and placed back to use again. The room only had TWO towels. ( Many women use TWO, one for hair and one for body) which leaves NONE for the other member of a couple. We asked for an additional towel but were told by the person on duty( who appeared to be disinterested in even checking us in), that they would not give us another because the OWNER had a policy of only one Towel per person. The next morning, I reported to the next person working in the office my displeasure with their establishment and that I would NOT be using DAYS INN ever again. I had to use the bed sheet off my bed to dry off with. But now believe that it may not have been clean. I removed the fitted sheet from the bed and found a yellow stained pad with what appeared to vbe bug residue. This is not a clean Hotel. About 45 minutes after Leaving the location, I got a call from the OWNER who threatened me to never come to HIS hotel again, Needless to say, we would never go back to a facility where the owner is so cheap that he doesn't provide basic amenities. If this is WYNDHAM'S standard, will never use WYNDHAM again. Sleep was next to impossible due to the cars that kept coming into the parking lot and the high traffic of partying people (maybe commercial) …
We needed a place to stay for one night while we closed on our new house and honestly for the price it was not bad all. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and it was also quiet for most of the night . We were also able to leave our uhaul trailer in the parking lot which was very convenient.
