Literally a large home converted into a Bed and Breakfast Inn, the Candleberry Inn was the perfect fit for my situation. I had taken a new job that required my extended stay in the Greenville/Spartanburg area. All of the rooms open on to a common area and they are all spacious and furnished with very comfortable beds, work areas, WiFi,...

I wanted to sneak my husband off to an early birthday weekend! I ran across the lovely Candleberry Inn on the internet. A few phonecalls and arrangements and we were on our way! Elaine was a dream InnKeeper to work with! She made every accommodation that I needed and wanted. My plans kept changing and she rolled right with me....

This place is highly recommended. The B&B is just as posted on the website. Spacious, great breakfast, Very Friendly staff. I heard great praises from others staying at the inn. Also watched a wedding at the Inn, and the folks at the wedding just loved it. A very beautiful place.

Our church held its annual ladies retreat at the Candleberry Inn on Saturday, August 21. We had a great time! The place was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. We loved the “at home” feeling and all the nice, delicate “touches” around the house. At the end of the day some of the ladies were ready for another meeting there...

Felt totally ripped off. Internet representation and reviews of this place were far better that the reality we encountered. Expected traveling into romantic getaway, ended up in the middle of a track-home style neighborhood. Felt as romantic as going to mother in law's home. As a place to spend quick night may have been OK, but definitely not as a...

The good: Very nice home! Spa services were wonderful...Masseuse and manicurist were super sweet and did a very good job. The bad: My massage took place in the library which is the first room you see when opening the front door of the house. During my massage the inn keeper entered the room (without knocking) and left the door open...

What was interesting about this review was the fact that both guests seemed and expressed pleasure concerning their stay and experience with my checking in on them at appropriate times. There was no note of dissatisfaction or displeasure expressed in any manner until this review appeared. So sorry about your disappointment! Communication about your concerns on the spot will help...

I suprised my boyfriend and really ended up suprised myself. Elaine was wonderful. The room was beautiful, roomy, and unlike I had even imagined. Food was so wonderful. Suprised my boyfriend with a massage that he just loved. Can't wait to stay again.

For the upstate business traveler, Candleberry Inn B&B is the best place to stay if you want to feel like you're staying at a home away from home. With plush, inviting bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable kitchen and library, and warm southern hospitality, you're sure to want to return again and again.

We've stayed at the Candleberry Inn B&B several times because of the convenience to everything! The rooms are spacious and clean. The Hostess is remarkable and doesn't miss a thing. She makes an awesome omelet. She even offered to do our laundry! We will stay at the Candleberry Inn again and again as long as we are in the area.

We were traveling in NC and SC with my husband's business and we like to stay in B&Bs because we own one ourselves. The Candleberry Inn was such a wonderful surprise. It is slightly out of the way, but definitely worth it. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was a huge bedroom and two baths. The whirlpool tub was...
