The Hilton Greenville was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Hilton Greenville. The breakfast bar offers an excellent variety of good food choices.

Hotel is nothing above mediocre, sorry to say. Was not easy to check in because of the upfront buses (3), no bellmen and pouring down rain! Bad experience! for all involved! The buffet breakfast was uuk and for the price of a nights stay I do expect more!

We had made our reservations to travel to Greenville for a family memorial service months out and we given a handicap room making our stay inconvenient for us . Bathroom tiles were dirt too . Very unexpected for staying at a Hilton. For the cost I would not stay at the same sight again

Easy access to and from airport. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Rooms are spacious, internet access was fast and easy, rooms can be temperature controlled, and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and a large work station in the rooms. For those who watch your carbohydrates, the breakfast selection was limited.

We stayed 2 nights. Room above had a tile floor. Someone both mornings decided it was a good idea to drag chairs across floor at 5:00am. After first night we were told there would no longer be a problem. Noise started again just about the same time the next morning and did not stop after a call to the front...

Make sure you get everything out of the room before you check out, because it is unlikely that your items left behind will be located to be returned to you. They checked me into a room that was under repair. The overall hotel is dingy and in need of an upgrade. I did not receive maid service one day and the other day I had to leave my room at 4:30 to have it cleaned since it wasn't cleaned during the day when I was out. The breakfast buffet was...

No real negatives to report. We had a complimentary breakfast in the executive suite so I cannot complain much. Other guests had to pay $13 for breakfast. However, less expensive hotels nearby had a better continental breakfast (hot food) for free.

Main lobby area and conference room bathrooms lacked attention for Hilton brand. Actual room cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Staff at this location are very attentive, excellent service. Food quality is average, not the place I would go for nice steak or seafood dinner.
