We evacuated from Savannah from hurricane Matthew. When we arrived at the hotel we were discussed by the appearance of the outside of this hotel. There was even a toilet sitting in the parking lot. But we were locked into this hotel because all hotels were already booked due to the large amounts of people running from Matthew. On entering...

We had expensive items stolen & Staff smoked drugs in our room while we were away. The owner was HORRIBLE, she was rude & used foul language. She got so angry she spoke in her language (Not English) Speaking to police, this is not uncommon for this location. They are there 3-4 times a month for criminal activity involving staff.

We paid in advance for several days. Every day we said no service. The one day we were not there to say no service, we had problems. A new cell phone & laptop were stolen & our room stunk of Marijuana. The woman owner is defending her staff against our complaints & she is very rude. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

We needed to evacuate Charleston due to the recent hurricane. Hotels were hard to find. When we arrived the front door was bullet proof glass and 2 prostitutes were "working" the front of the building.

In terms of room quality, it's not a bad choice. The management is friendly, the pricing isn't bad, but the location is just terrible. There are a lot of seedy characters nearby that made me feel uneasy. When we arrived, there were cops in the parking lot searching some rooms. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had other options....

I attempted to stay at the Super 8 on Fairfield and just couldn't deal with the nasiness of it. So I checked around and found this place on a hotel search. I called and talked with the husband of the couple that owned and operated this hotel. He gave me a great rate and put me in room 101. He...

We thought we had booked two rooms for this hotel through hotwire.com. When we arrived the manager told us that they had no reservation and gave us a story that hotwire hadn't payed them, so they cancelled the reservation. We called hotwire and got them to refund our money, then booked the rooms we needed at the hotel's regular rate,...

Upon arrival at Quality Inn, 1335 Garner Ln Columbia, SC 29210 we were told that our credit card did not go through and he (guy behind counter) gave away our rooms. When the receipts were presented, he said not your card... expedia's card. I asked why he gave our room away... he screamed that it's his hotel... can do anything...

Front desk was very rude when I asked for towels (housekeeping didn't leave clean towels) I wasn't expecting an apology, just some towels...such a simple request. The room had stains on the carpet, bad odor and dated. This is not a hotel room you would want to spend any time in. Do yourself a favor and book a Hotel where...

I arrived late at night. I was assigned a room that smelled horribly musty. When I turned on the air there was a loud banging noise. My first night was not a good experience. I asked for a new room in the morning. The manager was very nice and happy to accomadate me. This room was much better. It seemed...
