Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were filthy, everything seemed to be damp - inexplicably damp. I don't understand how the bedding felt permanently damp, the floors were horrendously sticky. I imagine if you returned with a black light, you would see why

We arrived on Sunday March 19 to enter what appeared to be a war zone. Demolition all around, and debris in the walkways. Dust everywhere. Elevators, kitchen, pool --- all are shut down. And just dirty. Toilets don't flush, nothing has been cleaned. They let us cancel our room

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever booked with. Yes, it's under construction, but none of the issues I will mention have anything to do with renovations. First, the parking lot is very poorly lit and not conducive to large vehicles. I didn't feel 100% confident in the

The hotel front appears to be boarded up; nothing like the online pictures. There’s a dimly lit parking lot in the back where you enter. The lobby smelled musty; the guy at check-in didn’t speak much English; the elevator was slow & loud with a handprint on the wall (see pic). My

Are renovations completed? Will this hotel be in good shape or a dump?
I keep reading about poor conditions, no pool, no restaurant and ongoing renovations. What can you tell me about those items? What is the immediate neighborhood like? What's the neighborhood like?
It's on the main road. It's within walking distance to many things. But if you stay closer to the state house it's closer to things.

We've booked for tomorrow 7th August & I've just seen the reviews. Most of them are pretty shocking. Has the hotel been renovated since 2014 when most of these reviews were written.
"Do not go here."
"Choose the Inn at USC, or something in the Vista"
"Don't choose a room here. Seriously."
"This hotel has been saying it's under renovations for months, with no sign of improvement. Stay away. There's no good room in this place."
"run, and find a better hotel"
