This is our favorite place to stay in Charleston. Service staff is outstanding. Rooms are well appointed, showers are fabulous. Evening wine and cheese is southern hospitality at its best. Breakfast is a variety of foods that are perfect to start your Chucktown day. Courtyard and fountain at this old inn make me happy at any time of day or...

Spent long weekend (four nights) with a friend based on T Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. Perfect location to everything in downtown Charleston. No need to rent a car. This is not a five star hotel chain type but a medium size boutique hotel. We had a nicely appointed southern style room with two double beds and a balcony....

Location is PERFECT to walk to King Street, the waterfront, the churches, all the shops. We will not stay at this hotel again. The rooms appear musty (keep the AC on all the time and the bathroom door closed), the showers were tiny, the tv was tiny, the beds were high and you need a stool, and the hardwood floors...

We stood at the Meeting Inn which was very beautiful due to fact that it is a old building that put you right away in the mood of Charlston scenery .The bedroom where luxurious, big ,with a stool to get in you bed ,and a baldequin bed Which was funny .The breakfirst was includ in the price and had to be...

These rooms are large clean and comfortable. If new and contemporary is what you like, this is not the hotel for you. The inn is back to basics and a bit outdated, including the charming room key. The breakfast was always plentiful. The wine and cheese refreshment in the afternoon make for a great snack in the late afternoon. The...

This is where we always stay in Charleston. It's convenient to everything, so once you park the car, you leave it for your stay. All sorts of restaurants, shopping, attractions surround you. The inn has a cozy lobby with adjoining courtyard where guests eat breakfast and enjoy complimentary wine and snacks before dinner. The rooms are small but cozy and...

The Meeting Street Inn is well located in the heart of historic Charleston. Rooms are large and comfortable, but furniture and appointments are old and slightly frowzy. Parking is an extra $14 per night and is located a couple of blocks away. Breakfast buffet in the lobby and adjacent courtyard is plentiful, but ordinary. Service is attentive, friendly and very...

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway weekend. This hotel was quite disappointing. The location is perfect but our room was extremely outdated, a tad dirty and the hotel staff were very unhelpful. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as Charleston has better B&Bs to offer.

15 of my friends stayed here for a weekend and a reunion. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 women to share. The shower/tub and toilet were in one room and a double sink in the main room. There were 2 comfortable double beds with nice linens. A "Happy Hour" with wine, cheese, hot appetizers, crackers and fruit...
