Stayed here on our second trip to Charleston after staying at another premium property (also very nice) the previous year. Zero George was very convenient to the many things we wanted to do in Charleston. Those into cooking should seriously look at the cooking class option offered. The afternoon wine and cheese was world class. Dining in their restaurant was...

My husband and I stayed at Zero George and we had the most amazing 4 nights. The room was adorable with the most comfortable bed. The room was also equipped with a Nespresso machine and complimentary nightly chocolates and sparkling water. The staff was so friendly and due to the hotel being small and quaint, the staff become an extension...

Dear blarejune, First, I want to say that it was so nice getting to know you during your stay. Chatting about Charleston and Canada was a real treat! You hit the nail on the head in that being such a small property we are really able to get to know you which is quite unique and makes you feel more...

To start, this review is based solely on my experience with Zero George Cooking School as we did not stay over night at the actual hotel. As a gift, my husband made reservations for us to attend their cooking class. Although we arrived a bit early, Chef Vincent met us in their "tiny kitchen" (as he calls it) to go...

Dear April C, Thank you for taking the time to detail your experience at our Cooking School. What a thoughtful gift from husband! I am happy that the two of you were able to share in the experience together to bring some cooking skills back to Tennessee with you. The intimate nature of the classes, they can only be as...

About a year and a half ago we stumbled onto Zero George after staying at a small 4-room B&B a few blocks down the street. We were walking by at night and popped in for a cocktail and were simply amazed by its quaintness. Vowing to stay there on our next trip to Charleston we decided to return for a...

Dear NWax, We are so pleased that an evening stroll fortuitously brought you through our gates a year ago and that we made such an impression that you came back a year later! Thank you for including Zero George in your Valentine's celebration and your return trip to Charleston. A breakfast at Zero is certainly the best way to start...

Dear Retriever32, Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our property! Our location, being only 3 walkable blocks from King Street and the hustle + bustle of the City, lends itself to being centrally located while still being in a true Charleston neighborhood making you feel more like a local. Great place, outstanding staff and service, cool happy bar. Charleston is a great town for dining out and for "foodies." You don't need to leave Zero George for the best dinner you'll find anywhere! Just let the chef take care of you!

Zero George feels more like a charming city estate than a hotel. Set in a beautifully restored historic property, rooms surround a gorgeous courtyard that serves as the entrance to the main house where an incredible staff is at your disposal. You could easily spend an entire weekend in Charleston never stepping foot outside of Zero George, however you should...

Dear Paul B, Thank you so much for taking the time to so elegantly describe our enclave of historic homes nestled around an inner courtyard! While there is certainly enough to keep one occupied in the hustling and bustling streets of Charleston, we like to believe that we have created an environment that lures you to spend all your leisurely...

This hotel is a total charmer inside and out. Set in a small cluster of cute colonial homes with attractive courtyards and gardens between them, this intimate property easily makes you feel like you are a guest at a friend’s fabulous home and not at a hotel. We stayed in a garden suite. The living room had a nice seating...
