My stay at the Mills House was a highlight of my trip to Charleston! I had a corner room with a lovely view. I watched the streets by gaslight at night and the sun come up over the city in the morning. The hotel was just a few blocks from the City Market, where I had a great time shopping...

Nice, friendly staff. Everyone smiling and ready to assist. The room was nice but the tub and sink had slow water drainage. The shower was so slow in draining that I ended up standing in water up to my ankles while showering.

Stayed here for a conference of 150+/- people. It was a great venue for that size. Any larger and it would be problematic. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and have that southern charm that one can expect of a historic property. The location is excellent with all sorts of options within walking distance. The number and...

We are still glowing from the wonderful wedding reception and stay at The Historic Wyndham Hotel in Charleston, SC last weekend! The staff, food, lodging and services all came together to give our son and daughter-in-law the wedding of their dreams. Charleston is "the destination venue" right now and The Wyndham will not disappoint should you choose to book your...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the photos just don't do it justice. The place is spectacular and a fine representation of the historic architecture that Charleston is famous for. Beautiful maintained with sparkling chandeliers and antiques the staff are incredible and the restaurant fantastic. There is no in room dining or mini bar though so stock...

Located very close to the Market. Hotel is very nice. Rooms are great. 6th floor provides a great view. Lots of history in the city. For $25 per person, you can get a 2 hour walking tour and it is well worth it. There is a lot of history in this city. Plenty of museums nearby.

The Mills House is a beautiful Old Hotel in the Historic District of Charleston. Located close to all the sites in the district. Convenient to many places to eat. The only drawback to this hotel is the tiny bathroom. I have never been in a hotel with such a small bathroom! The hotel features a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby,...

Just spent 3 nights at the hotel, and the location just can't be beat. The staff was super friendly as well. Some of my best shopping in town was right with the wonderful ladies in the gift shop! Only negative was the thin walls. I could hear the person next door when he cleared his throat...little creepy. It felt like...

This hotel is beautiful and right in the heart of Charleston's historic district. 2 great bars on site and a fabulous courtyard which is great for people watching. Several phenomenal restaurants across the street and many within walking distance.
