What could be a truly first class inn fell short in attention to details. Room seemed "tired" and noise from the restaurant next door permeated the window. Had to have stained towel and sheet replaced. Housekeeping did not replace glasses and linens, nor empty trash cans during our two day stay.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent stay. We are glad that you enjoyed the wine and cheese reception. Parking is tough to find in Charleston, so we are fortunate to have a parking lot across the street. The average parking in the city, is about 16-22 dollars. We appreciate the feedback in regards to the...

The Inn is in a perfect location. Most area attractions are just within a few short blocks of the property. Also, we have a free trolley pickup location, about thirty yards from the property. The staff is wonderful, thank you for mentioning how great they were during your stay. Parking is hard thing to find in Charleston, so we are...

The staff were very helpful, our room and bed was comfortable, really appreciated having our breakfast brought to our room, and the afternoon wine & cheese hospitality hour was better than most hotels.

Great experience, can't beat the location, very good restaurants on either side of the hotel, parking directly across the street although pricey. The wine and cheese reception each evening and the breakfast in the courtyard were definitely something you don't get everywhere
