If you are looking for a very nice hotel, close to all the great things that Charleston has to offer, this is the place. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was ample and the afternoon cookies were a treat. All staff treated us as valued guests.

The hotel room was nice surprise--a two level suite with a mini kitchen, living area and half bath on the first level and a spacious bedroom and full bath on the second floor. The rate included a breakfast which was good and a complimentary wine and cheese cocktail hour on the rooftop dining room. My only compliant was something out...

A very quaint hotel nestled in historic district of Charleston, SC. Near the more tourist-area of the market, it is also near some very nice restaurants such as Halls Chophouse, Circa 1886, Hanks Seafood, & Henry's Bar & Grill. East-Bay is nearby with lots of other options for both libations and culinary art. A mere 7 min (~$8) cab ride...

You couldn't ask for a better location - walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, carriage rides, etc. Our room was directly below the 4th floor kitchen, so 6:00 am was wake-up time whether you wanted it or not from the noise of rolling carts and foot traffic. Some street noise as well. Never detected odors from horse stalls as some...

The Andrew Pickney is in a great location in Charleston. We were deciding between it and another hotel in a different location and are so glad we chose this one for the location - everything is walkable. However, the Inn itself was kind of ordinary and a bit disappointing for the price. Some previous reviewers noted the rooms were small...
