Stayed at this hotel because it is in a great location in Charleston. It was just ok; not great, as we had expected from the price and marketing. Wine and cheese hour in afternoon a good idea, but it was so do wine, cheese and server. Breakfast could have been good, with great coffee, and delicious croissants. Coffee tepid, croissants...

We're sorry to see you go and regret that you did not have a completely satisfactory stay with us. As you know being right here in the heart of the city, an active one at that, does lend to some ambient noises as the city comes alive each day. We're sorry that that aspect played a negative part in your...

Central location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. I especially liked my pillow and bedding! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to all historic sites and shopping. The front desk staff is accommodating and helpful.

I was in room 201. A beautiful room with restored wood floors. The bed was extremely comfortable. Every employee was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. It is centrally located and only a short walk to the waterfront. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The valet service was excellent any time I needed my car.

The hotel stay was quite enjoyable. There was a leak in our room and we were not able to change the thermostat temperature. I also wish there was an airport shuttle. The staff was really nice and accommodating and I was glad they had a computer we were able to print our plane tickets out from. The continental breakfast and...

My wife and I chose this inn for our honeymoon. There was absolutely nothing lacking here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The 24 hour concierge was beyond helpful. The maid and food service employed some very friendly people. The view from the breakfast area (a balcony overlooking Charleston Harbor) was amazing. The location couldn't be beat- right by the...

Cleanliness and service at the hotel was poor!! Room smelled of throw up. Also dirty glasses with dried wine in a them. The towels looked like they had been used!! Also took three trips to get the roll away and 2 pillows with pillowcases!!

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the kind of stay we would want for any of our guests. Please call us here at the inn with further details so that we may more directly address your issues with our staff and our shortcomings as a whole. Again, I am terribly sorry to hear that you...

In the heart of the historic district, the Andrew Pinckney Inn is a very good place to stay. Staff very helpful, rooms pretty spacious, bathroom on the smaller side. Daily free happy hour with wine and tasty things to accompany. Also free daily breakfast which is very good as to choices. Served on a balcony with a good view of...

Excellent price on room...otherwise we would not have been able to afford. We used to stay only at Andrew Pinckney Inn...but prices have gone up over our budget. Was nice to book this on Cyber Monday special rate and enjoy a little Christmas get away!

We stayed here over Christmas in one of the two story suites. We absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic and the staff was wonderful. We were also very impressed with the breakfast every morning. This place is a find in Charleston!

We enjoy this inn due to its great location. Multiple buildings make up this inn. Room was clean and overlooked the street but an added benefit was happy hour and a delicious breakfast was served on the 4th floor upper balcony. Staff was helpful in suggestions and making us dinner reservations for new year's eve dinner. Valet parking is available...
