This hotel is not fit to host people. I'm on a business trip and I am currently in the 3rd room of the night. The first one was next to a party with drunk people coming in and out, playing deep bass music. The walls are super thin but I am not sure that would have mattered in this case. The second one had a toilet that would not flush (and maintenance leaves at 3 pm) and this one has a heater that doesn't work and instead smokes. It's January in New England and, while I can't quite see my breath, I definitely can't feel my fingers. Again, no maintenance people here. My asthma is flaring up from the smoke and acridity and they don't have other rooms. To top it all off, the in-room phones in all three rooms won't work to call the front desk. This can't be a coincidence. After spending almost an hour in each room calling the front desk on my cell phone, a disaffected employee answered the phone and was impolite. I get that I am requesting many things but they are: no parties next door, a working toilet and heat. Not too much I don't think. I am not interested in arguing with anyone. I just want sleep and heat. …

Exposed outlet wires without covers on multiple outlets. No continental breakfast. Stained furniture and rugs. Holes in walls. Uncomfortable beds. One ice machine for entire first floor took a ten minute walk to get to.

Wreaked of skunk , inside/ outside..ac only made it worse. Woman soliciting for paid activities in and out of bldg. drug bust went down upon our arrival 12/3 in back of bldg where we parked . Poor lightening. Unsafe for children or people traveling alone. Would never recommend to anyone. Only positive comment..the shuttle drivers to and from airport were fast, courteous and worth the gratuity we extended . Seriously unsafe hotel. Would have left but booked thru Priceline and had paid already.

5 min from RHODE island’s T F Green International airport. Amazing deals on park stay fly packages with 24 hour shuttle services. Makes parking away from the airport a breeze. We would much rather park at the radisson and use tf green than traveling out of Boston Logan airport.

It was a very comfortable stay. We were attending a Model UN conference at Brown University and I was the chaperone of 6 students. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. They were located near each other, which made it easier to check on my students. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but we discovered it on the last night and we were already too late to order food. It was a pleasant stay, safe, and very comfortable.

I stay at the Radisson Warwick the end of June and was bitten by bed bugs I have written and called the manager of the hotel and still have not had any response. I will never stay at another Radisson hotel.

Does drug dealers and prostitutes in and out of the hallways all night long screaming banging on doors front desk management did not care at all they were kind of Marcus and hang up on us and tell us don’t worry we got it and not answer the phone calls I was there with my children I felt like leaving and getting into my car but we were scared to leave our hotel room there was no breakfast no coffee no nothing we try to speak to management they wanted nothing to do with us he was a coward he pretended that he was home sick and would be back later so this way you have to talk to us they leave exit doors on the side open so people can come in and out whoever they are accommodating the hotel hallways to

Hotel needs major reparations. Carpeting disgusting and bathtubs too deep, these need to be replaced. Toilet not flushing properly, and toilet seat broken, and curtain rod not secured to wall. Seniors could not bathe and got infected with COVID.
