We stayed for 2 nights in early November. Our lower level room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and muffins. The queen size bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Narragansett.

A charming place in a great location. Quaint and homely, we were made to feel very welcome. The beach is a short walk away, and there are some great places to eat and drink nearby. Providence, Newport and Mystic are all within an hour's drive. Jess our host cooked amazing breakfasts served with coffee and fresh fruit. The communal lounge...

Clean and homey B&B. Rooms too cluttered giving kitsch feeling. Bathroom updated but probably not recently. Backyard gave a private feel, even though neighbors were close. Playground right next door for children. Staff was accommodating. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

We stayed for 1 night in late September. We were made very welcome and had a downstairs room, very clean with a large comfortable bed and shower. The living room down the hallway had a coffee maker and large screen TV. After a walk around the area we went to the local JDs Tavern for a good meal and class...

Old and cluttered. In need of repair. Broken window treatments. Old furniture. Breakfast was good. Location okay. Next to a park, so it can get noisy. Limited parking. Dog friendly. Advertised ocean view, but trees blocked view.

Sheppard's Cottage is owned by the same family that operates Sheppard's Place. The Cottage is not on TripAdvisor, but it rates a mention. The house is charming, with beautiful gardens to wander. It's the family home, and they have dogs, so it would not be a good place if you are allergic to them. Check the website for details. Our...

Mr. & Mrs. Sheppard made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home. Our adorable room was charming, cozy and spacious with an added loft. Anticipate a scenic property filled with love and a delicious homemade breakfast with eggs from their chickens! Most reasonably priced B&B in the area within a close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

I was impressed with Sheppards Place, it was very cozy, convenient and welcoming. The room was well air conditioned, as it was in the 90s during our stay, so always a plus! The area around the home is beautiful with plants and flowers. I would definitely recommend!

First stay at a B&B, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Jessica cooks a wonderful breakfast! Quaint garden allows for relaxation. Short drive the Ferry and Scarborough Beach.
