As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties within the corporation's portfolio, which means always staying at places I haven't been to before. This was an exception, as I had been to this Hampton Inn during the pandemic lockdown, so the staff and I only had seen each others faces above the nose.

I returned because I had some places I wanted to visit in Bucks County, and also because I needed the room with the whirlpool bath as good therapy for my back.

Because I live in New Jersey but not too far away, I ended up getting there very early. My Digital Key had arrived, so I assumed the room was ready. I had some difficulty accessing the door, as the digital did not work for me. The front desk was very helpful in getting me into the room.

The evening was as relaxing as expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the suite was more than adequate for my needs. The bathroom had ample space to put down my toiletries, and there was never a problem with hot water for the shower, despite the presence of whirlpool baths. Room temperature was easy to control.

Overall this property comes well recommended if you happen to be in the Bucks County/Trenton area.

I want to publicly thank the management and staff for making our stay safe and comfortable during the COVID-19 pandemic. There were extra precautions and new hotel policies. The pool was closed and breakfast consisted of a good variety of prepackaged items. Plastic screens were installed at the lobby counter. Masks were worn and hand sanitizer was available. Our room was specially cleaned and disinfected. Although housekeeping was not provided during our two-night stay, necessary items were easily obtained at the front desk. We stayed in clean, comfortable, and spacious queen suite that included a refrigerator and microwave.

This is a fantastic, quiet location and a really clean, pretty and comfy hotel. Staff were all very nice. Easy access to highway and quick drive to Yardley. Room was quite large and the entire hotel felt very sanitized. The only negative is the unavoidable AC compressor in the room going on and off. Otherwise Perfect stay.

This hotel is not worth 1 star and if I can give it 0 stars I would. Pictures can be deceiving and the price can be alluring to most especially if you are looking for a comparable rate.
Worst customer service from staff with no regards in trying to make guest comfortable within the hotel. My family experienced a blackout on your second night there due to a thunderstorm. The hotel does not have back up generators and in result part of the hotel lost electricity. The wing I resided on the 1st floor lost electricity, we came back to a pitch dark hallway, no lights or flash lights were given to gain access to our room. The room was extremely hot, no running a/c and no ventilation as the windows cannot be opened.

Woke up the next day to a room running at 88 degrees, still no electricity, no a/c and now no running hot water. Tried to speak with a manager and was told she was unavailable due to dealing with the same issue at home. Staff said nothing they can do as its mother nature when I asked about being compensated for my 2nd night.

The complimentary breakfast was never served due to the electricity issues they were having. No eggs/sausages and they had the nerve to serve guest with warm milk for cereal and hot orange juice and apple juice.

Your policy on having only the toilet paper Thats on the roll in the room, having to ask for more at the desk is absurd. Running out and having to have the desk clerk bring a roll to your room. How embarrassing!! The toilet seat was almost detached upon arrival needing the manager to come tighten it so we didn't get hurt. How would housekeeping miss that? This is what I faced upon arrival at your hotel as a welcome. And you wanted me to check in online and never have to see the front desk. Do you not want to see your customers, greet and thank them? Did Hampton become your Motel 6 brand? All of this and I got to pay over $500 for two nights!!

I have been a regular customer, staying at this property on a fairly regular basis for over nine years.

To keep this short, the ice machines are mostly non functional. For years I have been told parts are on order and should be repaired shortly. Same for one of the two elevators.

It took three days to have our room cleaned even though I asked when I checked in on December 17. After multiple follow ups they finally showed up on the third day. I was told that they were already "booked' for cleaning rooms for other rooms where they occupants had checked out.

The whole concept of a "Clean Environment" is a farce. Most of the dispensers for hand sanitizer were empty.

I can continue but this is enough. I should have learned my lesson a long time ago but always gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Thank you for the feedback! Yes our elevator in the west wing was out of service for a few months because we were at Otis Elevator's mercy waiting for parts and to schedule the service once the parts came in. Good News though, the elevator is back in service as of 2/14/23 - a very Happy Valentine's Day for our team! We have a new company in servicing the ice machines as we speak. Currently 5 out of our 6 ice machines are working. One will need to be replaced but 83% working is not bad! Hilton did change the housekeeping policy to by request only and there are signs at the front desk, on the TV in the room and on the bathroom mirror in the room explaining that if you want housekeeping service that it must be requested the night before to allow us time to schedule accordingly. We are fully staffed and love accommodating guests requests for rooms to be cleaned, it just took some adjusting to the new policy and the required actions that must be taken in the computer for the rooms to populate for housekeeping to know that the room needs service. It's all worked out now and working smoothly!

This hotel is privately owned and only uses the Hampton Inn name, but has very different policies than other Hampton Inns. It might as well be a completepy different hotel.
Make absolutely sure that you check out by 11:00am sharp or they will charge you 50 dollars if you do not. They do not tell you this so you find out days later when you look at your bank statements. I live overseas and have never seen or heard of a policy like this. I have stayed in hotels all around the world. The workers at the hotel are extremely rude and unfriendly, especially the young lady working the front desk in the afternoons. Guests better hope theu don't have a problem or an issue at the hotel because they will flat out refuse to solve it. They do not care. Rooms are ok but tired looking. There's absolutely no storage, just a clothing rail by the window with a curtain covering it. Elevator looks ancient. It's literally right next to 295 so there's constant noise from the highway. Skip this hotel and go to one of the many other hotels in the area where they are educated in how to treat guests properly and with respect.

Hello Mr.KindofHappy, My name is Melissa Ward and I am the GM of the Hampton Inn & Suites. I'm sorry if you did not read the hotel policy agreement that you signed at check in which states that the hotel is not able to grant late check outs at this time due to the length of time needed to properly sanitize a room and having limited staff working at this time. We also include this information in the Welcome Letter that is handed to you along with your key packets. Of course we understand people may run a few minutes behind schedule but it is guests the purposely stay in the room well past check out time that led our hotel to have the need to enforce the check out time. The check out time is also stated on our website and on multiple signs throughout the hotel and in your guestroom. Our hotel was recently renovated in 2019 and this is the brand required furniture package, I'm sorry it is not to your liking, but we are required to have this furniture in our rooms. Our elevators are 22 years old, as that is when the hotel was built, but they are in proper working order as per the inspection certificate posted in the elevator by the Department of Labor & Industry. We were hoping to renovate the cabs of the elevators last year but then COVID-19 happened and that has put a pause on any cosmetic upgrades at the moment. I am sorry that I did not have an opportunity to interact with you because you would have had a chance to see a very welcoming and hospitable manager who isn't just "Kindofhappy" as your screen name implies. Thank you for your feedback and stay safe!

They care more about wearing a mask right, then they do about their jobs. I get marijuana is legal in a lot of states, but don't do it while you're on the job or at least not right in front of the lobby door and then wonder why the hotel smells and people are complaining. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything and on top of that your rates are high for what? You're right next to a highway and are renovating so it's not like it's accommodating or quiet. Breakfast was what is expected of most hotels, but thankfully there is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. The staff was 2/5. They are nice, but you can hear them talk about guests as soon as they aren't in view so I guess that's considerate. Oh and don't bother asking them for their name. If you catch them or call, they will say some fake name so they don't get in trouble or have to deal with the mistake. Management doesn't care either, probably knows all of this is going on. Not worth the time or money.

Hello Craig, My name is Melissa Ward and I am the General Manager at the hotel. I am interested in hearing more details about your experience when you have time, please email me at Melissa.Ward@hilton.com or call me at the hotel at 215-860-1700 x 6102. I apologize if maintenance took longer than normal to complete a repair, everyone's hours have been cut due to COVID-19 and the impact it has had on the hotel industry. I only ever have one person working at the front desk at a time right now, so I'm not sure how you heard anyone talking about guests, but I will address that with my team. They are required to provide feedback to the next shift about anything important that might come up during the next shift, so perhaps that is what you heard? My team also wears nametags and the MOD sign has the name of the person who is the Manager on Duty, so we certainly are not giving fake names. I look forward to hearing back from you when you have a chance. Thank you for the feedback, and stay safe.

This Hampton Inn seemed to have either been renovated, or a new property. The rooms as well as the hallways all had new furniture and the newer design Hampton Inn has been using.

Due to COVID, I did not take advantage of much but the room was clean, everything worked, and the check in experience was perfect.

Getting to the hotel however was interesting. Due to construction, you had to go around the entire parking lot to get to the hotel and although there were signs, some people seemed to get lost. Hopefully by now the construction is over.

My family needed a place to stay at for one night since we were visiting friends and then Sesame Place (8 minutes away) the following day. The location is a little odd because it's behind these office looking buildings but there was plenty of parking and very quiet. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

The room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. I loved the bed. The comforter was ridiculously soft (in a good way) and bed itself was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows.

Their free, hot breakfast (6am-10am) was excellent with many options such as sausage, Western omelets, potatoes, bagels, toast, small muffins, waffles (you make your own), hot oatmeal, and juices (OJ, apple and another one I forgot). There was also coffee and tea right outside the hot breakfast area. I had gone back at 10am to get some apple juice for my child but they had closed the doors already so I saw one of the kitchen employees sweeping and asked if I could get some apple juice. She happily got me the apple juice, complete with lids.

There is a little "shop" by the front desk with frozen foods, snacks and refrigerated drinks if you needed a little something. Not sure how the pricing was on the items as none of it was labeled. I noticed an outdoor pool and small gym which we did not have time to utilize so I can't comment on that. I would definitely return for any future stays when going to Sesame Place or anything in the area!

I honestly don't recall. I'd call the hotel, but according to the website it looks likes it's an outdoor pool set up. So the hot tub, most likely would be seasonal.
