The rooms are so clean and comfortable with a homey feeling and bright with lots of light and warmth. Mary is the most hospitable person and tends to your needs, very friendly and helpful! I will be back for sure!

Our Christmas celebrations have grown with our family, and we no longer fit. My husband, brother, sister in law and I stayed at bright morning. The house is gorgeous, very large, and well taken care of. We locked ourselves out of our room on Christmas and had to call Mary Lou at 11pm to let us in. She gave us...

This B&B is right on the trail. The couple who own it (it's a cluster of houses) go out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable, the house has some character, and the breakfast was terrific. You'll enjoy meeting other cyclists from all over the country there. It's a short walk for tired cyclists to...

Rob and Marylou provide a comforting presence along the GAP Trail! Their Bright Morning B&B is a great place for tired trail riders, just a few steps from the West Newton Welcome Center and the Trailside Restaurant where many riders head for dinner. The Bright Morning is actually four houses right beside the trail. Rob and Marylou now serve drinks...

Rob and Marylou's B&B was a much needed stop after a long bike ride. We purchased the entire house for the day and enjoyed our time. Rob was a gracious host and filled all needs from offering advice on dinner to washing bikes. Breakfast was special in the morning.

My first night out on the GAP, riding from Pittsburgh to Georgetown, and I stayed at Bright Morning, located right on the trail. I had a large room in the first house second floor. Large bathroom and all the amenities except TV and WiFi. I didn't miss any of it, and I slept with the windows open. Rob and Mary...

Second time staying with Rob and Mary Lou . Spotlessly clean, delightfully welcoming hosts, great breakfast. This is so convenient if you are cycling the GAP...right on the trail. Rob can pack a lunch if needed and he has a license to sell beer and wine. We love it here and will definitely stay here if we do the GAP...

Fantastic hosts, great food, an outdoor fire with a ginger brandy made this the best stop on the trail for us. Both Mary Lou and Rob engaged in great conversation and were extremely accommodating! we would highly recommend this as a stop!
