Enjoyed our stay at Whitewing Farm. It is a B&B in the country near Longwood Gardens. We stayed in a Stable room. It was large enough for us. Small TV but we did not visit to watch the TV! Room had packed bookshelf. I found a rare title on Watergate and enjoyed reading. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean...

We had high hopes for this place heading in. There were lots of great reviews and wonderful pictures. The farm was nice, just not nearly as nice as we anticipated. We had a group stay here over Labor Day Weekend and were somewhat taken aback by the overall unfriendly nature of our "hosts." The property was not as advertised in...

We spent 3 nights at the Inn at Whitewing Farm and couldn't have been more pleased with the accomodations, hospitality, and helpful suggestions by the hosts. We biked the Brandywine area, went to Longwood Gardens, had delicious meals and enjoyed the relaxing setting. It ranks among the best B&B's we've ever stayed in!

This inn is the perfect location to stay when visiting Winterthur and Longwood Gardens. Our room was smallish, but quiet, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful (they let us store our bikes in their garage and our fridge items in their wine cellar when we arrived 6 hours before checkin time). unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast,...

Whitewing Farm Inn is the perfect spot to stay when you are exploring the gorgeous Brandywine Valley area. We spent an overnight there, having explored Longwood Gardens the previous afternoon, and canoeing the gentle Brandywine Creek the next morning. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. We stayed in the Tack Room, the most modest room, but entirely comfortable, cozy, and...

I just finished another "girls get a way" at Inn at Whitewing Farm and our experience was just as good as our previous stay. The property is beautiful. The location is fabulous. The hosts are welcoming and down to earth, making us feel like we are a part of the family. We enjoyed our room, a rainy afternoon in their...

Spent the weekend with friends touring local gardens and so glad we chose this B&B. It is beautiful and our room was meticulous. Our hosts were delightful and the breakfasts were made with love. Spent the late afternoon in the spring fed pool...so refreshing. We had a blast and would absolutely return.

We were blown away by how beautiful the grounds are, with magnificent trees, lovely rooms and welcoming hosts. Made a reservation because they accepted one-night stays on a weekend (not something I've found at other B&Bs). We will definitely be back. Stayed in the tack room, probably their smallest room but it was cozy, not confining. All the rooms (judging...
