This hotel has completely false advertising, also unfortunately I booked through Expedia which I didn't realize. I attempted to check in around 5:30-6pm on Saturday June 25, 2022 but when I pulled in parking lot I knew I was not staying in this dump. There was NO staff present..the front desk..surrounded in plexiglass had a handwritten sign on it that said.." NO ROOMS AVAILABLE WILL RETURN at 8PM.." So no staff even present in hotel. The hotel looks like a place that someone would rent by the hour if you get my drift. Still fighting with Experdia and Lincoln for a full refund. I will not quit until I get it. Steer clear of this hotel..it is disgusting!!

I cannot communicate enough, about the outstanding customer service and support, Ms Amanda provided me when I checked in and throughout my stay. She was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, I had a water leak, from my the sink, and she immediately offered to provide me another room. She explained her maintenance employee was off until Tuesday and she couldn't have it repaired. As a result, of her customer service provided, I will definitely stay at Lincoln Hotel when back in Philly.

We all know about needing time away with just your s/o. Being that my boyfriend & I have a busy schedule majority of the time, it’s nice to have a mini getaway just the two of us. When I booked the hotel I made a special request for our 4 year anniversary. I called the day of our stay to confirm the place was booked & if they saw my special request. Letisha answered & assured me over the phone that she got my request and had went ahead and bought rose petals & we’d be allowed any beverage for free. After we checked in and got settled, I made him leave for an errand. When I came out of the room there was Letisha waiting for me to help decorate the room on a race against time before he got back. They went above & beyond with hospitality. My boyfriend was definitely surprised & absolutely loved it!

I frequent this motel before the pandemic and it was a breath of fresh air especially after the renovation due to a fire. This weekend I went back and it is so nasty and reeks of cigarette smoke......I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's a truck driver's delight, congested, smelly, just awful in such a short period of time. Management definitely needs to be changed!

I asked the kid who checked me in for a 9 am wakeup call. I awoke the next day with no wakeup call. Upon checkout the morning staff advised me that they had not received this information about the wakeup call. So bring your own alarm clock. No wakeup call here.

Ive stayed here before a few years back, mostly because the people are nice and they sell liquor, but it wasn't a place I would frequent often. Came back last week and it seems like there's new management. Doesn't smell like smoke anymore, rooms upstairs are renovated and it looked like they were still renovating some more downstairs. The staff seems friendlier than before and the lobby seems brighter. I rented the honeymoon suite at a decent price and bought the liquor without having to go outside in the cold. I'd come back.

This motel dates back to when Lincoln Highway was first built. Some updates have been done over time and for a motel as old as this place is it has been maintained. There is a huge open lot out back which is perfect for Semi's to park for the night( anything is better than sleeping in a sleeper ). Advertising day rates dropped it a few stars.

Booked online, 10/3/2013, based on the reviews from this site. My wife and I were only staying one night as we passed through town. We did not feel comfortable spending the night and assume we will not be able to get our money back. The sign in front advertised day rates, mirrors, and waterbeds. Alcohol is sold at the fron tdesk and adult movies can be rented. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Stayed on Aug 7th to Aug 8th, didn't make a reservation, checked in was quick and easy, but that's about it. Got to the room, smelt like it had been smoked in from the people before us, (We asked for a Non- Smoking room.) luckily, the bed was clean and restroom was clean, mini fridge, and a microwave in room, which was useful, across the street is a WaWa, walk like 1 to 2 blocks for Chinese foods, market for beers, Dunkin Donuts and other restaurants. The walls are so thin that, in the middle of the night, you can hear the people next door having sex, Security could be more improved, for a girl to walk to the vending machines after midnight, could be a little scary.
