We stayed in Mrs. Boggs Suite, and it was gorgeous, and very comfortable! A huge king sized bed, lovely fixtures and a nice bathroom. The hot water was immediate! All very clean. Karl checked us in and was wonderful, showing us on a map all of the local attractions. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

My husband and I were at the inn 3 nights to do some site seeing before we biked the GAP trail. We used Uber for transportation to see a lot of the city, which was very convenient. The owners were great, welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. Upon arrival we were given a map with points of interest highlighted. I...

I needed a hotel room for my 18 year old daughter and her best friend. But hotel chain's wouldn't let her in without me. I found the Inn on the Mexican War Streets and emailed them if they would. They got right back to me and I called to make the reservation. They were so professional, and even gave my...

My sister and I stayed at the Inn for 6 days in the Emma Room. The Inn used to be Boggs Mansion and is fixed up with victorian furniture, drapes, rugs. Looks a little worn with stains on the chairs in our room. The faucet in the bathtub went completely around - looks like it had been stripped some time...

From the good reviews I was expecting a great B&B experience - but not to be. This is the first B&B that my sister and I did not have a nice sit down breakfast each morning - it was continental service with rolls that can be bought from any warehouse store. Also, there was a make your own waffle machine...

Carl the inn keep was polite, courteous and well informed of the area. The wife and I had a great experience and plan on...

Stayed here for 3 nights in late May of 2016 in Mr. Boggs' room. Room was very spacious with a large desk and a sitting area. Had a nice view over the park across the street. Rest of the house is a spacious mansion with a large front porch that we spent several mornings and evenings sitting on enjoying a...

This is a beautifully restored and furnished stone house in a very interesting neighborhood. I'm an architectural historian and this area is full of well-kept houses from the 1840s through the beginning of the 20th century. It is also near other historic neighborhoods. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming.

Loved it, loved it. We met great and friendly people here at the inn on the Mexican War Street. We slept well. Room was spacious, they had hot water. The breakfast was even better. It was rainy, 57 degrees. I think this will be a do over. What about you?

Thank Tracy L
