We love Spring Gulch and have been seasonal for a number of years. Some folks are upset that the annual price keeps climbing with no additional benefit to the customer. I feel like we get what we pay for given what else is available in the area. Staff is friendly and there are activities throughout the weekend. Definitely recommend due...

We are seasonal campers at Spring Gulch and remain disappointed that there is no bath house availability after the park officially closes for transient campers in November. The rates are nearing $5000 for the year, with no water left on. The bath houses are HEATED and could easily be maintained during the winter months. There is no logical reasoning as...

Seasonal camper. Approaching $5000 season outpricing loyal longtime seasonal campers. Campground and staff are very nice yet overpriced. We have to look elsewhere in 2018 which is heartbraking! Resort has no game room yet it is advertised.

Spring Gulch is a wonderful campground for weekend stays or longer. Roomy sites and the cleanliness continue to draw me back. I am concerned about the continued price increase for seasonal campers, however.

We have been seasonal campers at Spring Gulch for many years. As the prices rise each year, we go out and explore other opportunities, and find the sites at Spring Gulch much larger than the competitors. The sites are large and afford privacy from neighboring sites not found elsewhere. We enjoy our neighbors and generally have a good time. The...

Beautiful area, a bit pricy for what you get. The pools are well kept, however the fishing pond had been going downhill these past few years. More enforcement of the rules need to be done with the weekenders. Seasonals for the most part follow rules but temporary visitors are not held to the same rules.....especially when it comes to golf...

Spring Gulch is a lovely campground. However, the park is just too expensive. There are many other nice campsites in Lancaster county that cost a fraction of what Spring Gulch charges for seasonal camping. All amenities, including the upper pool, are open to all campers, which effectively limits the availability of the amenities for seasonal campers that fork over thousands...

The campground is one of the nicest campgrounds in the area. Since Encore as taken over there has huge price increases for permanents and transients with no real improvements. And barely maintaining the property as is. We have camped here for years but I don't know how much longer we will be able to afford this place.

Great campground. As seasonal campers, our only complaint is WiFi is an additional expense instead of being provided with our yearly fees. For the amount we pay yearly, WiFi should be a perk, not an additional cost.

Dear normanmetzger, Thank you for your comments regarding Folk Festival Weekend at Spring Gulch Resort Campground. We want to clarify that the folk fest is a per person package ranging from $111 to $191 per person dependent on the site type. It has not doubled its pricing. We hope you are still interested in coming to our Folk Festival event....
