Although my wife is an avid bed and breakfast person I was not, until staying couple nights at Richmond House. The entire experience was a delight.Breakfast to die for and their home makes for easy conversation with the owners as well with other guests.Already planning another visit to the area and would not think of going any where else to stay.

What a great hidden gem. Our hosts were gracious. We had enjoyable conversation with other guest over a delicious home made breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. A definite must- it was a perfect location for our lancaster and amish farm adventures.

We stayed here in August and called to book a night on our way home to Virginia through Pennsylvania from our daughter's home in the NE. We were delighted to find a room on a Thursday night in October. If you like chatting with your host over tea and cookies before bed and during breakfast this couple will delight you.As...

The owners are two great people and really made us feel welcome. It's a very pretty home, about 80 years old but clean & neat. Our room was at the end of the hall, the bed was very comfortable, very nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet. Coffee & tea are always available, and cookies get set out in the evening (don't...

We stayed in the Hydrangea Room at the Richmond House last weekend and it could not have been nicer. Dolores and Tim were friendly and their attention to detail was wonderful. The house is beautiful and decorated in every corner. Breakfasts were very tasty and extra care was taken by Dolores to meet everyone's dietary preferences. If we find our...

My husband and I stayed here 2years ago and it was delightful. I needed a comfy place to catch up with a girlfriend. I was just as delighted as the last time. Food is delish. Inn keepers the right mix of hospitable and not in your face.

Dolores and Tim are wonderful "innkeepers." So very hospitable...and their home is so welcoming and warm. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast was scrumptious! We will be back...such a beautiful drive from Lancaster (perhaps only 15 minutes), yet conveniently located in the quaint town of New Holland. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay at the Richmond House, and each visit has been outstanding. The innkeepers, Dolores and Tim, are friendly and knowledgeable about the Lancaster County area. They are warm and welcoming. A stay at the Richmond House and is like visiting with old friends. The rooms are tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfasts are of a...

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a Saturday evening at the Richmond House Bed and Breakfast. Tim and Dolores couldn't have been more accommodating. We didn't think we would be able to get a one night stay during the summer but that wasn't a problem. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The room couldn't have been...
