I stayed almost two weeks in the private room and every day Yudi would make sure I was having fun. Yudi is the star of the show and I noticed many travelers coming back just to have a beer or the local arrak/jos shot with him. The hostel provides dorms, privates and even one bedroom villas. What more could you ask for your start to Bali.

i was booking this hostel in sunday 12 am indonesian time, because in the term of conditions the check in time is flexible, and after that i book the reservation but when i was arrived , there's only 1 staf at that time and NOT give me the information about the terms and condition of the hotel , in reservation system , i check out at july 5 at 11 am indonesian time. BUT in july 4 at 8 pm indonesian time, the staf bang the door very loud and he say if want to stay again have to pay IDR 120.000, BUT when i tell about the reservation system if i can check out at 11 am indonesian time, and then he say " we dont use that system anymore because when we email them , they dont reply us, etc" but after that i told him if they have to educate all of their staff about the system of the hotel include the reservation and after that, he ask for IDR 50.000 for the air conditioner and the electricity, when i say i doesnt have much money anymore and then he say forget it, and after that when i prepare for check out, suddenly he say you can stay unti tomorrow without paying anything, but i like wtf? i know these times is pandemic, BUT if you need money, you shouldnt do that, i will not recommend this hostel, and beside that the cleanliness not good, they NOT provide the amenities…

Cute and friendly vibes, nice room but less nice bathroom and shower... talking in general for the price is still a good deal! Good position and nice outdoor swimming pool.. Best of all the people in it always smiley and welcoming!

Best value for money hostel in Canggu. Great atmosphere and great staff! Very easy to meet people. If you want to party you can chill at the bar, if you want to sleep early the rooms are quiet enough. They also offer scooter rental.

Great hostel! Great facilities and cartoon/Disney themed bedding! From the first minute to the last the owner is smiling, cracking jokes and offering his ‘special drink’, making for a lively atmosphere. Bar is open 24hrs, with Yudi strumming away after dark, egged on by enthralled travellers back from a titillating night in Canggu. We booked 1 night and stayed for 4. Keep going Yudi!

Out amongst the rice fields so nice and quiet but only 5mins ride through the shortcuts into canggu main centre. The hostel boasts a bar which is manned 24 hours a day so after a late night out in canggu you can continue the party if wanting too, though the hostel is very respectful and keeps the music low as not to disturb other guests. The staff make you fee like part of their own family! And they’re also super friendly and helpful, if there’s anything you need they will sort it for you. Also they will sort out boats trips etc for you at reduce fees compared to normal tourist/travel companies

Best Hostel in Canggu, very chill and the staff are so awesome and friendly. Clean and close to the beach, they have a pool table and ping pong table, swimming pool, and the most important thing a bar 24h. They also have a private room with private pool.

Thank you Margarita Hostel for all your kindness and friendly vibes!! I was meant to stay for 2 nights and end up staying 2 weeks thanks of the nice people you meet here and the wonderful staff! I want to specially mention to: Yudi with his permanent smile and his music skills. Kadek the queen of the hostel!! Always willing to help you with everything!! Jaman the manager what a character!!! good man knows a lot about the trips, he’ll more than happy to help you with the itinerary.

We had a plan to stay only few nights in this hostel but ended up staying longer and coming back. The atmosphere in the hostel is just amazing because of the staff who all are cool and genuine people and really helpful. This place is great to meet other people! We could leave luggage here while going out for few days trips to other places which is a huge bonus. Stayed in both dorm room and private room and both were good value for the money. Definitely can recommend this hostel, special thanks to Yoman and Kadek✌️❤️
