My husband, my two boys (who are 4 1/2 and 3) and I were there for two nights this past weekend. Mark and Hazel were so welcoming. My boys loved being there - they went on two farm tours - fed waffles to a sheep, gathered eggs, and walked miniatures horses and alpaca, played basketball, four square and on the...

My girlfriend, her son and I had a wonderful time at this B&B. Mark and Hazel were wonderful hosts and fixed a killer breakfast. Our evening in the hot tub, followed by wine and cheese was so romantic, I decided to offer a ring and she said "YES." Highly recommend this special place!

Last year we had the joy of staying with "Farmer Mark and Hazel" at their lovely farm home. My daughter and I stayed just after the holidays and so we had the house to ourselves. Despite some initial wet weather, we had a great time. The hospitality of the hosts is unmatched. Hazel put together a suggested itinerary for the...

We absolutely loved staying with Hazel and Mark in 2012. They were the warmest and friendliest hosts and the room was very comfortable. They helped us enormously on where to go and what to do and we had the most amazing breakfast. The baked oatmeal is still one of our favourite breakfasts which we make at home in South Africa....

We love it at Airy Hill Farm. We stayed at Airy Hill Farm many times. Our kids had an amazing time as always. Mark and Hazel are wonderful and treat us so good everytime. Their home is beautiful and Hazel makes the most delicious breakfast all the time. The kids had so much fun walking the mintuare horses and alpacas....

We recently stayed here for two nights with our two young sons. The place exceeded our expectations. The grounds and home were lovely. The owners were very sweet, and made an excellent breakfast each morning. The farm tour that they give in the morning is about 45 mins, and the kids get a chance to get eggs from the chicken...

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! My wife and I needed a mini-vacation (we have two children, one age 2 years, the other 7 months), but we still wanted to bring them along for our retreat. Airy Hill Farm is the perfect place to stay with kids! Mark and Hazel treated us like family (our oldest was literally...

We stayed at the farm 3 days and 2 nights. Hazel's breakfasts were were really refreshing after the industrial food we ate before our arrival to the farm. The children opened their morning collecting chicken eggs from the chicken coop and continued with a visit to the other farm animals. The room we received was warm and cozy and we...

My family and I loved our first visit and now we are coming back with friends. The included breakfast & snacks were amazing! I have never seen so many lightening bugs in one place. The farm is great for kids of all ages!

This B&B is a unique experience. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and give good recommendations about places to see and visit. The home cooked breakfast is really, really good and they can accommodate special requests. You feel like you are visiting relatives, not staying at a hotel. The farm tour for the kids is a blast -...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Airy Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast is a strikingly beautiful retreat. Sheep pastures wrap the hillside house and gardens, which overlook woodland and a stream in one direction and mountains and farm fields in the other. The clean-lined house takes full advantage of the site. A vaulted ceiling and bank of windows in the main living area bring the outdoors in, while decks and porches invite guests back outside. Soft, earth-toned wall colors change with the progression of light. Family antiques and art pieces combine with a fresh modern layout. ... more   less
