My husband surprised me with a birthday trip and we stayed at this B&B. It was amazing and I would recommend to anyone! It was so beautifully decorated and inviting, and it was very clean and cozy! The owners Vivian and Bob are such a delight. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was the perfect getaway! The...

Stayed a couple nights at Pheasant Run Farm. Rooms very well appointed. Nice big bathrooms. Very unique furnishings, including the "Gentlemen's Cabin". Breakfast was excellent. Proprietors were interesting and accommodating. Great place to get away for a couple days.

I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about our experience at pheasant run farm. We are beyond happy with our decision to get married there this past weekend. Bob and Vivian are the most kind, thoughtful, and flexible business owners we've ever dealt with. The grounds are well kept and naturally beautiful. The venue is cozy without...

This inn was fabulous in every way. Beautiful grounds with animals, a beautiful little 'gentleman's cottage'. Incredible redone barn with a cathedral ceiling. My room was sweet and comfortable with an enormous bathroom. The couple who own the inn are friendly and sweet. The breakfast was rocking, too.

I went to Pheasant Run Farm with my boyfriend for his birthday weekend. We both agreed that it was, by far, the best bed and breakfast we had ever been to! There is a beautiful patio to sit on, a small furnished shed on the grounds to visit and recline in privacy, walking paths, and horses to admire. The decorations...

Friend and I used the B&B as a base for exploring Lancaster County. Good location with well groomed grounds. So quiet and peaceful. We preferred the small size--just 4 guest rooms all ample size with several large common sitting areas, inside and out. Delicious breakfasts.

Upon arrival we met the owner of this property who explained all the history surrounding the farm. He also showed us to our room, and gave us dinner suggestions. We were encouraged to walk around the property, make ourselves at home, and relax. Our room was spacious and spotless. The adjoining bathroom had all the amenities we needed. The grounds...

My wife and I recently visited Lancaster County and when planning a getaway we always go to our trusty Trip Advisor site. After reading several reviews on B&B's in the area we chose the Pheasant Run Farm.........Excellent choice : ). Bob and Vivian Abel are the nicest folks ever and we especially enjoyed their company on our stay. Their housekeeper/chef...

Stayed after Christmas for a few days, I was recovering from radiation treatments. I stayed with a friend in the first floor room which was guide roomy, has a very large bathroom, a balcony with a view and a sitting area. Everything was just what I needed. The home is a lovingly restored barn and the owners work hard to...

After you left, we bounced on the bed in Henry and Anna's Room and we heard the "squeak" you mentioned to us when you checked out - and it was terrible! I sincerely apologize and want you to know it is fixed! We took that king size tall poster bed apart to investigate and found that one of boards supporting...

Our annual family reunion was held in Lancaster this year. The entire four rooms in the inn were rented for the out of town family members. It was set up that we would all have the exclusive use of two floors including the kitchen. It was one of the most relaxing weekends ever. The bedroom was excellent and the views...
