Every time we bring our son back to college at Franklin and Marshall College, we come here. Its a pleasant hotel with open concept. The front desk is open to the sitting area to the bar to the coffee bar (serving Starbucks) to the eating area where a very descent buffet breakfast is served. I particularly like the rooms, with...

I discovered this hotel earlier this year and my family has stayed two times already and are looking forward to our third visit, can't wait! We have stayed at the other large impersonal chains over the years and find that this Lancaster hotel has the perfect mix of amenities (great indoor pool that's not too deep at entry for young...

The hotel is OK, but I would never stay again. 2 elevators aren't enough for a 5 story hotel; the maid staff has to use these elevators for their huge carts that take up an entire elevator! Difficult to get a luggage cart and elevator around 10 am as many guests were leaving. Pillows are all down, uncomfortable, and don't...

We were originally put in room 515, but it smelled like mildew all over the room, so we told the front desk that there was mildew in our room so we moved to room 522, and it was so much better. We loved room 522. But we probably will not come back.

We spent seven nights at this hotel, in May, 2013, visiting family. The stay was most pleasant, despite there being no "free breakfast" in the lobby. Frugal that we are, however, we used the small refrigerator in our room and the microwave oven to create our own mini-breakfasts! The king bed was very comfortable and there was enough room in...

Perfect for our overnight stay. Hotel staff very accomodating. Pleasant. We had 2 rooms reserved, however, when we got to one room, we realized it would satisfy our needs. The front desk allowed us to cancel the extra room, with no penalty. The room was very spacious, 3 adults and a child had plenty of room. Very clean. No complaints....

The hotel is a decent courtyard I will say, nothing to surprising here. What ruined our stay was the rudeness of the staff and being extremely unaccomodating. I understand they can't upgrade all of the time, but I called ahead and requested a week, 3 days and then 1 day out, was told shouldn't be a problem. We get there...

This was a great hotel. Though, the tv's would go static when it was raining. The WiFi was good, and was also a weak signal. The food was excellent and the breakfast was free on Saturdays and Sundays!!!! I thought the hotel was great!!!

Clean, nice rooms, seemed newly renovated. Indoor pool, bistro, and bar made both the adults and kids happy. We usually stay at the marriott in downtown Lancaster, but it was full. The only drawback at this location is there is no town you can walk to from the hotel. Close to Dutch wonderland, our destination for a day. Overall an...
