Excellent service, staff and accommodations. Typical of Hampton Inns. My only critique would be that the room, (not the carpet, tv, bed, or carpet) but the physical room (toilet, shower) itself seemed dated. While discussing dinner options with the manager, she asked about my stay and I mentioned the older fixtures. She assured me that the hotel would be undergoing...

I have to say that I was very impressed by the service of the front desk team. Particularly, Veronica. Very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was a perfect location for my business trip. Located right off 283 and 10 minutes from downtown Lancaster - huge plus! I have to say that I'll stay there again.

Nice Hampton away from hustle and bustle of the main busy road in Lancaster. Friendly breakfast staff. Ask before reserving if you have adjoining room door though. They let to much sound through from next room.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path in Lancaster, but still close to everything. There was still plenty of breakfast left even though we arrived later in the morning. Our accessible room had a step in tub, which was a challenge, but a shower seat is provided.

We were traveling home from my son's home. By the time we got to Lancaster we realized we were too tired to continue home. This Hampton was so convenient... And welcomed us to an HH room. Will remember in the future and will recommend to others!!!

We felt welcome the second we walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was big, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and there were different choices every single day. It was a great experience.

My mom and I had a very good stay at the hotel. The hotel is located near the vistors information center and is close to Rt 30. There was no traffic noise and the room was very quiet. The only problem we had was with the key cards on the second day, but the hotel staff took care of it...

We stayed here two nights while visiting the Amish country. We had two adjoining rooms and they were both very clean and well maintained. Hampton is very reliable that way. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as the dining area is fairly small, but there were plenty of options. The only negative thing I can...

We stayed at this location for a couple of nights. The hotel is tried and there was a problem with how clean the bathroom was in the room. This is a franchise location and it's NOT up to the standards of the chain in general. Management was non-existent leaving desk staff as a buffer when I brought the problem to...

Very good stay , room was good and beds were comfortable. Staff went out of way to make us comfortable, they made over our special needs son! That was great! We have stayed here several times and never had any problems. Only thing I will suggest is to add BACON to breakfast ..... And maybe French toast, and scrapple. To...
