First, I'll mention this hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The service was good, but the breakfast is only grab and go so expect coffee and fruit. Walking in from outside, the hallway definitely had an off smell. My room (non-smoking) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was stained all over and the microwave was never cleaned. The bathroom wasn't...

I have many reviews and stayed at many places but this by far has to be the worst! I can give one compliment, your front desk staff upon checking in. I really think this hotel only has housekeeping coming in once a week. My room was filthy, had some kind of pee stain on my bed cover, blood and mold...

4 adult men staying over one night to watch a baseball game that night. A call was placed to verify that we would have 2 beds in each room prior to the trip. At arrival the desk said one queen each room and our only other option was to upgrade, at our expense , to 1 king bed with a...

Thank you for selecting our hotel for your recent trip to the ball game. We apologize for the mix up with your reservation, and for the lack of communication from our staff regarding the kitchen items. To ensure cleanliness, once the items are cleaned we keep them behind the front desk and are available at anytime, complimentary to our guests....

I booked a double bed for 5 nights. I drove 2.5 hrs in traffic from NYC. I checked in and assumed I was still booked in a double bed room.....if the front desk had any courtesy, they could have clued me into any room change. I headed upstairs with all my luggage in tow and find a single bed room...

This was a last minute booking & I got a good deal through Expedia. Had read all the negative reviews so wasn't expecting much. Luckily, our Queen bed room, though a little compact, wasn't dirty or smelly or bug infested as others have complained. The carpet did look a little worn out & sticky in places though. The bathroom too,...

My room was infested with Bed Bugs and other types of bugs and I woke up with dozens of bites all over my body. The manager at the front desk did not act surprised and asked what kind of bugs they were. How would I know?- I also witnessed another guest complaining at the front desk about the same issue....

Don't know where to begin. Bathroom was very dirty with extensive mold throughout the shower and tub tiles. Having a kitchenette was nice but it was useless because there were no dishes, glasses, forks, knives or spoons of any kind available. I was there for three nights and never was the bed made, nor clean towels provided nor trash can...

This is by far one of the worst supposed business class hotels I've ever stayed in. First off, the photos they have on their website do not match the property. While it looks nice on the outside and is in a great location, the inside is a disaster. As others have stated, there is virtually no lobby, and zero amenities...

The hotel from outside looks great, but then that's why they say the looks can be deceiving. Pros: 1. Bed is nice 2. Rooms are spacious 3. Kitchen provided in each room Cons: 1. Staff is lazy, does listen to whatever complaints you have but do what they like 2. They provide to go breakfast but be careful cause the...

Hotel was nice from the exterior and staff was very friendly. We arrived late, and very tired. Good points, beds were comfortable and ac worked. However, the room was NOT what I expected. In the bathroom, there was hair in the tub, the shelf under the sink had not been dusted in a very long time and they mirror had...
